Choose-a-Color Firm Plastic and Rubber Tubing for Air and Water

Multiple colors allow you to color-code your line for easy identification. Tubing is flexible, so it bends easily around objects.
Polyurethane rubber tubing can handle higher pressures than PVC plastic tubing and can also be used in vacuum applications. It is ether based, so it performs better in humid environments than ester-based polyurethane.
Opaque tubing doesn’t allow you to see what’s flowing through the line. Clear tubing allows you to easily monitor flow.

Crack-Resistant Firm Plastic Tubing for Food and Beverage

This tubing offers superior impact and crack resistance—even at low temperatures. Made of FDA listed materials, it is suitable for use with food and beverage. It is made without plasticizers like DEHP, so it won’t impart tastes or odors to the fluid passing through it. Tubing is semi-flexible, so it is good for gradual bends.
Polyethylene tubing can withstand lower temperatures and higher pressures than EVA tubing.
Semi-clear tubing gives you a limited view inside the line.

Smooth-Bore Seamless Stainless Steel Tubing

Seamless construction with no weld bead gives this tubing an interior with unrestricted flow. It is stronger than welded tubing and can be flared without splitting.
316 stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance.
Tubing that meets ASTM specifications adheres to international standards for dimensions and materials.

- Temperature Range: See Table
- Bending Method: Tube Bender
- For Use With: Hydraulic Fluid, Oil, Water, Natural Gas, Air
Welded Stainless Steel Tubing

When your application does not require a smooth interior, this tubing is an economical choice. It has a weld bead on the inside.
304 stainless steel has very good corrosion resistance.

Brass Tubing

Frequently used in a wide range of plumbing applications, this tubing holds up well in mildly corrosive environments. Tubing is seamless, so it has a smooth interior for unrestricted flow.

Polished Multipurpose 304 Stainless Steel
Polished to either a brushed or mirror-like finish, this material is widely used to fabricate decorative enclosures and industrial workstations. The sheets, strips, bars, and adhesive-back foil are covered with a protective peel-off film. 304 stainless steel is a good all-around choice for a wide range of applications. It maintains its corrosion resistance in temperatures up to 1500° F.
Brushed #4 is often called a satin finish; it’s similar to a #3 finish, except the grain lines are finer. Rectangular and round tubes are polished on the outside.

Ultra-High-Temperature Quartz Glass Tubes

- Color: Clear
- Max. Temperature: 2000° F
- Fabrication: Annealed
Blistering temperatures won’t melt these quartz tubes, and rapid temperature shifts won’t cause them to crack. Even tougher than borosilicate, they can be used in furnaces and ovens heated up to 2000° F. These highly pure tubes are often used in laboratories because they won’t leach impurities into samples or contaminate chemical reactions. Quartz tubes are optically clear and have excellent UV transmission, making them ideal for UV purification systems.
