Soft Plastic Tubing for Air and Water
This general purpose PVC tubing is the industry standard for air and water applications. Tubing is clear, so you can easily monitor flow. It is flexible to easily bend around objects.
Masterkleer tubing is more economical than Tygon tubing.

D.O.T. Hard Plastic Tubing for Air
- Semi-Flexible
- Compatible with Compression and Push to Connect Tube Fittings
- Hard (Durometer 65D)
- Temperature Range: -40° to 200° F
Also known as air brake tubing, this nylon tubing meets D.O.T. FMVSS 106 specifications for testing and performance requirements in motor vehicle brake systems. Tubing is opaque, so you cannot see what is flowing through the line. It is semi-flexible, so it is good for gradual bends.

Extreme-Temperature Hard Plastic Tubing for Chemicals
- Semi-Flexible
- Compatible with Compression Tube Fittings
- Hard (Durometer 60D)
- Temperature Range: -100° to 500° F
Run acids, coolant, and other harsh chemicals through this PTFE tubing over a wide range of temperatures. It has a smooth interior for unrestricted flow and easy cleaning. Tubing is semi-flexible, so it is good for gradual bends. Not for use in medical applications.
Teflon® PTFE tubing meets UL 94 V-0 for flame retardance, so it delays the spread of flames to valuable equipment.
Semi-clear tubing gives you a limited view inside the line.

Soft Plastic Tubing for Chemicals
Use this general purpose PVC tubing with a variety of chemicals. Tubing is clear, so you can easily monitor flow. It is flexible, so it bends easily around objects.
Tygon PVC tubing can withstand a wider range of chemicals than standard PVC tubing. It has a super-smooth interior that resists product buildup better than standard PVC.

- Flexible
- Compatible with Barbed Tube Fittings
- Soft (Durometer 55A)
- Temperature Range: -20° to 160° F
Lightweight Soft Plastic Tubing for Food, Beverage, and Dairy
- Semi-Flexible
- Compatible with Barbed Tube Fittings
- Soft (Durometer 70A)
- Temperature Range: -60° to 180° F
Lighter than other plastic and rubber tubing, but extremely tough, this TPE plastic tubing stands up to the wear and tear of daily use. It’s made of FDA listed materials, so it’s suitable for use with food and beverage. Since it doesn’t contain plasticizers like DEHP, it won’t impart tastes or odors to the fluid passing through it. Tubing is opaque, so you cannot see inside the line to monitor flow. It is semi-flexible, so it is good for gradual bends.

Chemical-Resistant PVC Tubes
When working near chemicals such as acids and alkalies, these tubes offer 360° protection to wires, cords, and anything that can slide through them. They’re made of PVC Type 1, a material that’s easy to thermoform, plus it is an excellent insulator. These tubes are oversized on the outside and undersized on the inside to allow for finishing to the sizes listed.

- Impact Strength: 1-2 ft.-lbs./in. (Poor)
- Hardness: Rockwell R118-R119 (Hard)
- For Use Outdoors: Yes
- Specifications Met: UL 94 5VA, UL 94 5VB, UL 94 V-0
Just as resistant to acids and alkalies as PVC, yet CPVC withstands higher temperatures. Use these tubes to protect wires and cords from chemicals, or make them into parts for chemical-processing applications. They are easy to thermoform, plus they’re excellent electrical insulators. The OD is oversized and the ID is undersized to allow for finishing to the sizes listed.

High-Temperature Grommets
These flexible grommets withstand temperatures of 450° F or greater, which is approximately twice as high as our standard grommets. Push them into place to protect wire, cable, and cords by turning rough-edged and uneven holes into smooth, insulated holes. Commonly used in metal panels, they also damp vibration. All of these grommets can be used outdoors.
Grommets that meet MIL-G-3036 resist hot petroleum-based oil and coolant.
Grommets that meet MS35489, AN930, and AN931 adhere to military dimensional standards.
Silicone grommets withstand a wider range of temperatures, but are not as chemical resistant as fluoroelastomer. They have a medium hardness rating, which offers a balance of cushioning and impact resistance.

Locking Grommets
These grommets snap into place and have wings that expand against the sides of the hole to lock them in position. Use them to protect wire, cable, and cords by turning rough-edged and uneven holes into smooth holes. Made of plastic, these grommets are chemical resistant, and all have an extra-hard rating to withstand high levels of impact.

Rolled-Rim Reinforcing Fabric Grommets
A rolled rim provides added grip while the elongated neck and teeth on the washer, also known as a spur washer, add reinforcement and reduce rotation so you can use these grommets in thick materials such as canvas. Press the grommets into a hole you've already cut. They strengthen and prevent holes from fraying in tarps, covers, and curtains. They also provide a way to run rope and cable through your material. Use a cutting punch (sold separately) to create the hole, then set the grommet using either an installation punch or a press (both sold separately). Grommet trade size refers to the hole size and the size of the installation tool needed. All of these grommets can be used outdoors.
Grommets with a tooth lock washer keep material from loosening and rotating better than those with a standard washer.
Grommets that meet MIL-G-16491, NASM20230, and AN230 adhere to military dimensional standards.
Brass grommets are strong and have good corrosion resistance. Nickel-plated brass grommets have more corrosion resistance than brass grommets. Stainless steel grommets have excellent corrosion resistance, making them the best choice for harsh environments. They also have good chemical resistance.
Hammer-driven cutting punches create holes for installing grommets when you strike them with a wooden or rawhide mallet. Hammer-driven installation punches set grommets in a hole when you strike them with a wooden or rawhide mallet.

Self-Piercing Fabric Grommets
The sharp neck on these grommets cuts the material as you press them into place, eliminating the need for a cutting punch. They strengthen and prevent holes from fraying in tarps, covers, and curtains. They also provide a way to run rope and cable through your material. To install, use a die set and bench-mount manual press (both sold separately). Grommets with grommet trade size 0, 1, and 2 require a die set adapter for installation. Grommet trade size refers to the grommet's hole size once set. Made of brass, all of these grommets are strong and have good corrosion resistance.
Grommets with a tooth lock washer, also known as a spur washer, have an elongated neck and teeth for extra reinforcement so you can use these grommets in thick materials such as canvas. They also have a rolled rim, which provides added grip.
