Large-Diameter Soft Rubber Tubing for Chemicals

- Semi-Flexible
- Soft (Durometer 55A)
- Temperature Range: -90° to 290° F
With a diameter of 2" or larger, this EPDM tubing has the girth to handle high volumes of acids and other harsh substances. Tubing connects to fittings with a clamp (sold separately). It is opaque, so you cannot see inside the line to monitor flow. It is semi-flexible, so it is good for gradual bends.

Large-Diameter Soft Rubber Tubing for Food and Beverage

With a diameter of 2" or larger, this tubing has the girth to handle high-volume beverage and bulk food processing applications. It has excellent abrasion and tear resistance. Tubing is made of FDA listed materials. It doesn’t contain plasticizers like DEHP, so it won’t impart tastes or odors to the product passing through it. Tubing is opaque, so you cannot see inside the line to monitor flow.
Tubing connects to fittings with a worm-drive clamp (sold separately).
Gum rubber tubing holds up under lower temperatures than neoprene rubber tubing. It is best suited for dry foods. Tubing is flexible, so it bends easily around objects.
Neoprene rubber tubing can withstand higher temperatures than gum rubber tubing. It is best suited for wet or oily foods and beverages. Tubing is semi-flexible, so it can handle gradual bends.

High-Temperature Rigid Metal Duct Hose for Fumes

Metal interlocked strips create a rigid, durable hose that stays strong under high temperatures. Hose is for use with smoke, welding fumes, and oil fumes.
Aluminum is lighter than steel and has good corrosion resistance.

Combining the heat resistance of metal with the flexibility of fabric, this fiberglass hose has a special coating that stands up to high temperatures. Hose is for use with smoke, water-based paint fumes, and welding fumes.
Neoprene-coated hose meets UL 94 HB and UL 94 V-0 for flame retardance and can also handle sparks.
Silicone-coated hose handles a wider temperature range than neoprene-coated hose.
Warning: Hose should not be used for applications that generate a static charge.

Flexible Duct Hose for Corrosive Fumes

Super-Abrasion-Resistant Metal Duct Hose for Metal Chips and Shavings

Formed by metal interlocked strips, this hose has the strength to stand up to sharp, abrasive materials. Also known as smooth-bore metal hose, it has a lining that bridges the gaps in the interlocked design, creating a smooth interior for unrestricted flow.
Galvanized steel has fair corrosion resistance and is for indoor use only.
304 stainless steel has very good corrosion resistance.

Bend-and-Stay Metal Duct Hose for Air

- Very Flexible

- Temperature Range: -100° to 435° F
Unlike fabric duct hose, this lightweight aluminum hose can bend around corners and hold its shape. Hose is not for continuous flexing. One end of the hose is crimped; insert the crimped end into another piece of duct hose and secure with a clamp to create longer lengths. The hose may need support once the length exceeds 6 feet.
