Soft Plastic Tubing for Air and Water

This general purpose PVC tubing is the industry standard for air and water applications. Tubing is clear, so you can easily monitor flow. It is flexible to easily bend around objects.
Masterkleer tubing is more economical than Tygon tubing.
- Flexible
- Compatible with Barbed Tube Fittings
- Hardness: Soft (Durometer 70A)
- Temperature Range: -40° to 140° F
Soft Plastic Tubing for Chemicals

Use this general purpose PVC tubing with a variety of chemicals. Tubing is clear, so you can easily monitor flow. It is flexible, so it bends easily around objects.
PVC tubing is the most economical option.
High-Temperature Abrasion-Resistant Soft
Rubber Tubing for Food, Beverage, and Dairy

- Flexible
- Compatible with Barbed Tube Fittings
- Soft (Durometer 65A)
- Temperature Range: -60° to 450° F
Not only can this tubing handle the highest temperatures of all our soft tubing for food, beverage, and dairy, it also has thick, silicone rubber walls for superior abrasion and crush resistance. Tubing is made of FDA listed materials. Free of plasticizers like DEHP, it won’t impart tastes or odors to the fluid passing through it. Tubing is semi-clear, so you get a limited view inside the line. It is flexible, so it bends easily around objects.
Abrasion-Resistant Soft Rubber Tubing for Fuel

- Flexible
- Compatible with Barbed Tube Fittings
- Soft (Durometer 70A)
- Temperature Range: -40° to 180° F
This polyurethane tubing is soft enough to handle continuous bending and flexing, yet tough enough to resist tearing and abrasion. Use it in applications requiring movement, such as metering (peristaltic) pumps and robotics. Tubing is semi-clear, so you get a limited view inside the line.
High-Polish Stainless Steel Tubing for Food, Beverage, and Dairy

The interior and exterior are polished to a high-luster finish to resist particle buildup and allow for easy cleaning. Tubing is welded with a smoothed weld bead on the inside.
304/304L stainless steel tubing has very good corrosion resistance. Tubing that meets DIN 11850 and DIN EN 10357 complies with international standards for food industry stainless steel tubing.
Note: Ra measures the smoothness of the tubing; the lower the Ra value, the smoother and more polished the surface.

- Tubing:
304 Stainless Steel: Use with 304/304L stainless steel that meets ASTM A213, ASTM A269, or ASTM A270, except DIN EN 10357 fittings with only ASTM A269 or ASTM A270
316 Stainless Steel: Use with 316/316L stainless steel that meets ASTM A213, ASTM A269, or ASTM A270, except ASME BPE and DIN EN 10357 fittings with only ASTM A269 or ASTM A270 - Specifications Met: See table
Weld these fittings to tubing for a permanent, flush connection that permits smooth flow through a line.
304 stainless steel fittings have very good corrosion resistance.DIN EN 10357 fittings meet an international standard for butt-weld fitting specifications. This standard is common in the food and chemical industries.

High-Polish Metal Quick-Clamp Sanitary Tube Fittings

- Temperature Range: See Gaskets
The smooth finish inside these fittings makes it easy to remove product residue. Also known as aseptic and tri-clamp fittings, they connect with a gasket, a clamp, and another quick-clamp fitting for a fast and easy way to access your line. The pressure rating of the fitting will vary depending on the clamp you choose, and the temperature rating will vary based on the gasket material you choose.
304 stainless steel fittings have very good corrosion resistance. 316 stainless steel fittings have excellent corrosion resistance.
Fittings that meet DIN standards adhere to international requirements for sanitary quick-clamp fittings. 3-A certified fittings comply with sanitary standards.
Note: To complete a connection, you’ll need two quick-clamp fittings, a clamp, and a gasket (all sold separately).

Ultra-High-Temperature Quartz Glass Tubes

- Color: Clear
- Max. Temperature: 2000° F
- Fabrication: Annealed
Blistering temperatures won’t melt these quartz tubes, and rapid temperature shifts won’t cause them to crack. Even tougher than borosilicate, they can be used in furnaces and ovens heated up to 2000° F. These highly pure tubes are often used in laboratories because they won’t leach impurities into samples or contaminate chemical reactions. Quartz tubes are optically clear and have excellent UV transmission, making them ideal for UV purification systems.
