A nut with two sleeves (ferrules) gives these fittings extra gripping power. The sleeves bite into tubing as you tighten the nut, creating a strong seal. Also known as instrumentation fittings, they are made to tight tolerances for use in high-precision applications. They are compatible with Swagelok®, Let-Lok, and A-Lok fittings.
316 stainless steel fittings have excellent corrosion resistance.
BSPP and UN/UNF (SAE Straight) male threads have a gasket to protect against leaks. UN/UNF (SAE Straight) threads are also known as O-ring boss threads.

The 15 Ra finish on the interior of these fittings creates an ultra-smooth surface. Also known as ultra-high-purity fittings, they are packed in a Class 100 clean room to prevent contamination. They are commonly used in semiconductor applications. Fittings use a metal gasket (sold separately), which generates fewer particles than a rubber gasket and creates a strong seal in high-pressure and high-vacuum applications. Instead of a gasket, these fittings have a special ring that is designed for high-vacuum applications, such as vacuum coating and heat treating, leak testing, and analyzing gases. Also known as KF, QF, and NW fittings, they are the most common type of connection in high-vacuum systems. Connect with a clamp and another quick-clamp fitting for fast, easy access to your line. Straight Adapters, Tube × Yor-Lok Tube
Fittings with Yor-Lok end connect plain-end stainless steel tubing using a nut with two sleeves that bite into the tubing to create a strong seal. Yor-Lok connections are manufactured to tight tolerances—use them for high-pressure applications such as supplying gas or liquid to a high-vacuum chamber. Also known as instrumentation fittings.
