About Pressure-Relief Valves
More
Air-Release Valves for Oil and Fuel

- Max. Pressure: 400 psi
- Temperature Range: -20° to 500° F
Use this valve to eliminate air pockets in systems for oil, diesel fuel, gasoline, and kerosene. Valve has a vented relief port to exhaust discharge directly. Body is 304 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance.

Precision-Adjustment Pressure-Relief Valves for Fuel

- For Use With: Diesel Fuel, Fuel Oil, Gasoline, Kerosene
- Temperature Range: -60° to 450° F
A finely threaded adjustment screw lets you make precise set pressure adjustments. These valves are for use with diesel fuel, fuel oil, gasoline, and kerosene. They begin opening at the set pressure and fully open at about 10% over the set pressure. Valves begin closing as pressure drops and fully close when the system pressure is restored below the set pressure. Adjust the set pressure within the range.
Valves with a bronze body are harder and more durable than valves with a brass body for a longer service life.

Adjustable Pressure-Relief Valves for Fuel

- For Use With: Diesel Fuel, Fuel Oil, Gasoline, Kerosene
- Temperature Range: -20° to 400° F
To gradually relieve pressure in lines for diesel fuel, fuel oil, gasoline, and kerosene, these valves begin opening at the set pressure and fully open at about 10% over the set pressure. They begin closing as pressure drops and fully close when the system pressure is restored below the set pressure. Adjust the set pressure within the range.

Made-to-Order Pressure-Relief Valves

Design a valve specifically for your process media and set pressure. Choose from a valve for air, inert gas, water, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, gasoline, or diesel fuel and a set pressure from 150 to 3,300 psi. These valves begin opening at the set pressure and fully open at about 10% over the set pressure. They begin closing as pressure drops and fully close when the system pressure is restored below the set pressure. Body is 316 stainless steel for exceptional corrosion resistance.
To Order: Please specify medium and a set pressure in 1 psi increments from the range listed in the table.
