About Plastic and Rubber Tubing
More
Abrasion-Resistant Firm Rubber Tubing for Air and Water

With excellent resistance to abrasion and tearing, this rubber tubing can hold up in rugged environments. It is semi-flexible, so it is good for gradual bends.
Polyurethane tubing is clear, so you can easily monitor flow through the line. Polyurethane tubing that is for use with air is ester based, so it should not be used with water or in humid environments.
Versilon polyurethane tubing can withstand lower temperatures than standard polyurethane and neoprene tubing. It was formerly known as Tygothane.

Ultra-Chemical-Resistant Soft Plastic Tubing

- Flexible
- Compatible with Single-Barbed Tube Fittings
- Soft (Durometer 65A)
- Temperature Range: -30° to 160° F
An FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) liner gives this tubing better chemical resistance than any of our other soft tubing. It also provides a smooth interior for unrestricted flow. Tubing is also known as Versilon and formerly was known as Tygon. It is clear, so you can easily monitor flow. It is flexible, so it bends easily around objects.

Firm Plastic and Rubber Tubing for Drinking Water
Tubing meets NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for drinking water.
Polyurethane rubber tubing is stronger and more durable than polyethylene plastic tubing– it has a polyester braid reinforcement that allows it to withstand higher pressures, and it also has better abrasion resistance. It is more flexible than polyethylene tubing, so it bends more easily around objects. Tubing is made without plasticizers like DEHP, so it won’t impart tastes or odors to the fluid running through it. It is ether based, so it performs better in humid environments than ester-based polyurethane. Tubing is clear, so you can easily monitor flow. It is also known as Versilon and formerly was known as Tygothane.
