    Shoe Washing Stations

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Shoe Washing Stations.
Clean your shoes and boots before entering sanitary environments, such as production areas in food-processing plants. As you walk through these stations in either direction, sensors activate rotating brushes and spray water and cleaning chemicals to clean the soles of your footwear. Use whatever cleaning chemicals and detergents you want, and adjust their concentration using the flow regulator. Removing the brushes for cleaning doesn’t require special tools. Made of 304 stainless steel, these stations won’t rust from frequent contact with chemicals and water. They have handrails and diamond-plate step treads to help you keep your balance. If there’s a fall or other emergency, press the emergency stop button.

    Pipette Washers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Pipette Washers.
Connect these washers to a water supply to rinse many pipettes efficiently, reliably, and safely. Place pipettes within the carrying basket, which cushions them to prevent breakage. After soaking them, transfer the basket to the rinser. The rinser fills with clean water to wash your pipettes and rapidly siphons out contaminated water to maintain cleanliness. All components are made of polyethylene or polypropylene to withstand common cleaning solutions.

    Automatic Hand Washing Stations

Image of Product. Front orientation. Hand Washing Stations. Automatic Hand Washing Stations.
Without touching any buttons or handles, wash your hands before entering the production areas of food-processing plants and other sanitary environments. When you put your hands into these stations, sensors activate one spray nozzle to deliver soap and another for water, and the hand openings shield you from getting splashed. A signal light indicates when the washing process is done. Adjust the length of the cleaning cycle using the programmable touchpad. Made of 304 stainless steel, these stations won’t rust from frequent contact with chemicals and water. Connect them to hot and cold water lines. There’s room inside to store whatever soap or detergent you want to spray. They have a paper towel dispenser for drying hands, and a waste receptacle for the trash. Foot pads on the bottom prevent these stations from scratching your floor.

To prevent the spread of illness, these stations give people a place to wash their hands wherever they need it. Each has a sink basin, faucet, soap dispenser, and paper towel dispenser. Start and stop the flow of water using the foot pedal, instead of using your hands. They have one tank for supplying fresh water and a second, separate tank for storing wastewater. To drain water out of them, all have a drain plug. They’re lightweight when they’re empty, so it only takes one or two people to move them.
All are made from materials that meet strict FDA standards. They also meet EPA standards for drinking water.
Hand Washing Stations with Heater—Stations with a heater dispense water at 110° F, so you can wash your hands with warm water, making them especially useful in cold environments. They need to be plugged in.
1 Station—One-station units have handles and rubber wheels for moving them around like a hand truck. They come with a drain hose to help you empty them.
2 Stations and 4 Stations—Two- and four-station units accommodate multiple users at the same time, so they’re good for busy areas, such as parks, outdoor events, worksites, stadiums, and military sites. Two-station units also have handles for moving them easily.
