These tools are often used for lifting and aligning machinery or to separate pipe flanges. They’re also known as banana wedges.
When used with a tether (not included), wedges with a tether hole help keep tools close and prevent them from accidentally falling.

When used with a tether (not included), wedges with a tether hole stay close and prevent accidental drops.
Warning: Do not use this tool in direct contact with acetylene.
