Hydraulic Jacks with Wheels

Roll these jacks from job to job and under hard-to-reach places.
Bracket saddles provide a more secure hold and offer higher lifts than flat saddles. Designed to help mechanics perform maintenance and repair tasks on automotive transmissions, they swivel forward, backward, and side to side, to allow for easy access to all areas of your load.
Flat saddles hold larger loads than the bracket saddles and have a longer handle for more comfortable lifting.
Note: Jacks should not be moved when under load.
Warning: Never use to support people or loads over people.

Steel Pallet Trucks

Hydraulic pumps on these trucks help you easily raise and move pallets. The forks are rounded and have a cutout for the load wheels. The handle has a three-position hand control (raise, lower, and neutral). A relief valve prevents pressure build-up to provide overload protection.
Galvanized pallet trucks are often used in clean rooms and cold rooms. They resist corrosion.
Nylon wheels are nonmarking, durable, and work well on smooth surfaces. Polyurethane wheels are nonmarking, abrasion resistant, and shock absorbing. Use them on all types of floors, even if there’s debris. Steel wheels are rugged but noisy and can damage floors. They roll best on smooth surfaces.
Trucks with fixed forks have entry and exit rollers, as well as load wheels.
Trucks with adjustable forks handle more pallet sizes than trucks with fixed forks. They have entry glides, exit rollers, and load wheels.
Trucks with a hand brake require less effort to slow down and stop than trucks without a hand brake. Use them on inclines and in crowded locations. They have load wheels on both sides of their axles, as well as entry rollers. The load wheels also pivot to serve as exit rollers.
Warning: Never use to lift people.

Weighing and Counting Pallet Trucks

Weigh and transport pallets with one machine. These trucks have a built-in scale with a check-weight mode and alarm to signal out-of-range loads. The counting mode registers inventory while you add or remove parts from your pallet.
These trucks have a zero-radius pivoting handle to maneuver loads in tight spaces. Choose from raise, lower, and neutral on the handle to control the hydraulic pumps and position pallets. The trucks’ forks are rounded and have rollers and load wheels to easily slide into pallets. The polyurethane wheels are nonmarring, abrasion resistant, and shock absorbing, so they can be used on all types of floors and areas with debris.
A backlit display shows measurements in bright or low-light conditions. It includes an RS-232 connection to send readings to a computer. The display is IP66 rated for protection against dust and high-pressure washdowns.
Trucks with a calibration certificate with test data traceable to NIST have passed ten separate tests to confirm accuracy.
Warning: Never use to lift people.

Lifting Pallet Trucks

Move loads around your facility, then use the hydraulic pump to lift them to a comfortable working height. Trucks have polyurethane wheels to absorb shock when rolling over rough floors or in areas with debris.
Style A have a hydraulic pump that raises the load when you step on the foot pedal. A lever controls lowering. The steer wheels swivel for better maneuverability; one has a wheel brake to prevent movement when using the truck as a lift table. A relief valve prevents pressure build-up to provide overload protection.
Style B have a two-speed hydraulic pump that raises and lowers loads when you squeeze the handle lever.
Note: Use with open-bottom pallets only.
Warning: Never use to lift people.

An automatic brake stops the truck when the handle is released. The truck also has a safety button that automatically reverses the direction of travel if the truck comes in contact with an obstacle. Use on inclines or declines up to 10°. Operates for eight hours on a full charge when used intermittently. A discharge indicator lets you know when batteries need charging. The polyurethane wheels absorb shock to roll over rough floors and areas with debris.
Warning: Never use to lift people.

Easy-Start Pallet Trucks

As you pump the handle, the steer wheels start rotating and accelerate the truck. A hydraulic pump lets you easily raise and move pallets. A hand grip directs the acceleration so the truck starts easily whether you are pushing or pulling. The truck also has precision steering and rounded forks with entry and exit rollers, and a cutout for load wheels. The handle has a three-position hand control (raise, lower, and neutral). A relief valve prevents pressure build-up to provide overload protection. The polyurethane wheels absorb shock to roll over rough floors and areas with debris.

Manual High-Reach Lift Trucks with Forks

Sectional or telescoping masts on these trucks allow you to lift loads higher than with standard lift trucks. Crank the handle to raise and lower loads. They have forks for lifting pallets. A brake holds the load in place. Four swivel casters make these lift trucks easy to maneuver. Engage the wheel brakes before lifting or lowering a load.
Trucks with sectional mast have a single-speed winch with dual handles to move the load. Truck with 12' maximum fork height has two extra mast sections. Truck with 20' maximum fork height has three extra mast sections.
Trucks with telescoping mast can roll through doorways in the upright position. A standard winch moves the load.
Rubber wheels absorb shock, are quiet, and roll over smooth or rough surfaces. Polyurethane wheels are nonmarking, abrasion-resistant, and shock-absorbing. Use them on all floor types, including areas with debris. Pneumatic rubber wheels provide a cushioned ride over the roughest surfaces, such as gravel.
Outriggers provide added stability.
Adjustable-width bases better straddle pallets and other items for easier access to the load.
Note: Maximum fork height is based on the number of mast sections used or the amount of telescoping.
Warning: Never use to lift people.

Crank a handle or pump a foot pedal to raise and lower loads. Two swivel casters and two axle-mounted wheels make these lift trucks easy to steer. Engage the floor lock or wheel brakes before lifting or lowering a load.
Trucks with hand crank adjust by turning a crank. A brake keeps the load in place. Trucks with foot pedal have a single-speed hydraulic pump to raise and lower loads.
Straddle bases have a greater distance between the legs for easier access to loads on pallets.
Adjustable-width bases better straddle pallets and other items for easier access to the load.
Counterbalanced and closed bases have shorter legs for closer access to the load.
Reversible forks can be inverted to gain additional lifting height.
Rubber wheels absorb shock, are quiet, and roll over smooth or rough surfaces. Polyurethane wheels are nonmarking, abrasion resistant, and shock absorbing. Use them on all floor types, including areas with debris.
Optional platforms can be added to the lift truck to support material directly without an additional pallet.
