    MIG Welders

Image of Product. Front orientation. MIG Welders.
Powerful, practical, and made in the U.S., our Lincoln MIG welder plugs into common 120V outlets to produce an output range of 30-140 amps. That’s enough power to weld steel as thick as 3/16" in a single pass.
The system comes with a gun, nozzles, contact tips, sample spools of wire, and everything else you need for gasless, flux-cored welding. For solid-core MIG welding, connect the regulator to a tank of shielding gas (not included).

    Multiprocess Welders

Image of Product. Front orientation. Multiprocess Welders.
Repair most metal with a single machine—these welders perform MIG, TIG, and stick welds. Often used for general purpose applications, MIG welding is faster than other techniques and easiest to learn. TIG welding works on thin metal and leaves a clean appearance, so it’s commonly used for finish work. Stick welding is best for heavy duty welds on thick or dirty metal. It’s also the easiest to do outdoors, since it doesn’t use shielding gas that could be affected by wind.

    MIG Guns

Image of Product. Front orientation. MIG Guns. Spool Gun.

    Standard Gun

    Spool Gun

Pair these guns with a welder to direct the flow of MIG welding wire and electric current. With no need for a filler rod, MIG welding is faster than TIG welding, and ideal for thick base metals, including iron beams and carbon steel. At four pounds or less, our MIG guns are comfortable to hold, ensuring steady-handed results with every job. Guns with longer duty cycles can weld at their full amperage for longer periods of time without overheating.
Check the max current amperage and manufacturer of your welder. Using a gun with a higher amperage than your welder can cause damage to both.
Spool Gun—Spool MIG guns house wire in the gun, closer to where you’re welding, rather than in the welder itself. Often used for welding aluminum, they prevent soft wire from kinking in your cable since it doesn’t have to travel as far.
Water Cooled—Water-cooled guns cycle water through the cable and the neck of the gun, which transfers the excess heat back to a radiator. This cools more efficiently than air-cooled guns, so you can weld for longer without stopping due to overheating.
