Cable Ties
Bundle and secure cable, wire, and hose. Also known as zip ties.
Standard ties balance flexibility and strength, making them good for most bundling applications.
Wide and extra-wide ties are stronger but less flexible than narrow and standard cable ties. Use them for heavy duty applications that require extra strength.
Ties that meet UL 94 V-2 stop burning within 30 seconds.

Fine-Adjustment Cable Ties
These cable ties have a smooth body and a metal-toothed head that allows them to cinch more closely to your bundle.
Narrow ties are highly flexible and conform to irregularly shaped material better than standard and wide cable ties.

Reusable Cable Ties
Whether you plan to change the bundle size or need a temporary hold, these ties have a release tab for removal and reuse.
Squeeze-release ties are the easiest to release but take up the most space. The head sticks out, so you can use your fingers as support while pressing down the tab with your thumb. This easy release makes these ties a good choice when you have reduced dexterity, such as while wearing gloves or only using one hand.
Ties with a tuck-back head have an additional slot to tuck the excess tail away. This means you don’t have to cut the tail, preventing sharp edges from nicking you.
Standard ties balance flexibility and strength, making them good for most bundling applications. Wide and extra-wide ties are stronger but less flexible than standard cable ties. Use them for heavy duty applications that require extra strength.

Metal-Detectable Cable Ties
Use these plastic cable ties when detection and retrieval are essential, such as in food processing applications. Ties are brightly colored for visibility and contain a special compound that can be picked up by X-ray equipment and metal detectors. Standard ties balance flexibility and strength, making them good for most bundling applications. Wide ties are stronger but less flexible than narrow and standard cable ties. Use them for heavy duty applications that require extra strength.
Polypropylene ties float, so they’re easy to detect in liquids.

Chemical-Resistant Cable Ties
For use in environments subjected to chemicals, these ties withstand the most corrosive conditions.
ETFE ties, also known as Tefzel, resist most chemicals, solvents, and strong mineral acids. However, they’re less chemically resistant than ECTFE ties.
Wide ties are stronger but less flexible than our narrow and standard cable ties. Use these ties for heavy duty applications that require extra strength.

Metal-Detectable Reusable Cable Ties
Tuck-Back
Head
Bundle items in areas, such as food plants, where the detection and retrieval of dropped or broken ties is essential. Made of nylon plastic, these ties contain a compound that will set off metal detectors and X-ray equipment. They’re also bright blue, making them easy to spot. All of these ties are reusable and have a release tab for easy removal. The head sticks out, so you can squeeze the tab with one hand, even while wearing gloves, and pull to release. Instead of cutting the excess tail, which can cause sharp edges that may nick workers, simply tuck the tail into the slot on the ties.

Use different colored ties to identify bundles at a glance. A release tab makes these ties easy to remove and use again. Since the head sticks out, you can squeeze the tab and pull to release with one hand, even while wearing gloves. Tuck the excess tail into the slot to avoid having to cut it, which can leave sharp edges that may nick you.

Chemical-Resistant Fine-Adjustment Cable Ties
Cinch these cable ties tightly around your bundle in applications where chemical exposure is a concern. They’re made from ETFE, also known as Tefzel, so they resist most chemicals, solvents, and strong mineral acids. However, they’re not as chemically resistant as ECTFE. With a smooth body and metal-toothed head, these cable ties cinch closely to your bundle.

Stainless Steel Cable Ties
Made from stainless steel, these ties can be used in environments where they might be exposed to chemicals and UV rays.
316 stainless steel ties can be used in the harshest environments. They resist corrosion better than 304 stainless steel ties.
Solid locking ties have a locking ball in the head for a strong hold. Use the optional tensioning tool for more tension than hand tightening.
Rotating Hook and Loop Cable Ties
A swivel between the hook and loop and cable tie lets you rotate your bundle 360°. Use the cable tie to secure your bundle to a structure.
For technical drawings and 3-D models, click on a part number.
Double-Loop Twist Ties
These ties have a loop on each end that can be twisted around each other for a secure closure.
PVC-coated steel ties reduce slipping. Black-oxide steel ties are easier to bend and work than galvanized steel. However, they don’t resist corrosion.
Conformable Cinching Straps
Hold bundles tightly with these cinching straps that conform to the shape of the material. They resist chemicals.
