High-Temperature Air Hose
Also known as hot air blower hose, this hose stays flexible and strong as it transfers compressed air at temperatures above 300° F. It’s often used to pressurize storage tanks, where hot, compressed air can prevent dry bulk materials from clogging and sticking during unloading. If used in a grounded system, it has a steel wire that gives electrostatic buildup a path to escape. Along with synthetic fabric, this steel wire reinforces the hose, so it keeps its shape under pressure. Made of EPDM, this hose resists UV rays and ozone and can be used outdoors.
Food industry hose is FDA Compliant, so it's safe for use with dry food.

You’ll need a gasket to seal the connection. Flanges that swivel until tightened are easy to align with bolt holes.

Extra-Flexible Extreme-Temperature Air and
Steam Hose with Male Threaded Fittings

Made of extra-flexible braided stainless steel, this hose allows for misalignment and is easy to bend, yet it's tough enough to handle high temperatures and vibration.
High-Vacuum Hose with Claw-Clamp Fittings
More flexible than rigid stainless steel tubing, this hose allows you to link high-vacuum components that are misaligned. Also known as bellows. The ribbed design absorbs vibration so it doesn't transfer from one component to the next. Equipped with a claw-clamp (ISO-K) fitting on each end, this hose connects to large components with fittings starting at trade number 63. Each fitting on the hose requires four claw clamps and a ring (both sold separately) to connect. Not for use in pressure applications.
Double-claw clamps attach to the grooves on the fittings.
Single-claw clamps have a clamp on one end and an exposed bolt on the other. Thread the bolt-end directly into the body of pumps, valves, or other high-vacuum components.

Metal Barbed Hose Fittings for Air and Water
Slide the barbed end into rubber hose and secure with the appropriate clamp or crimp-on hose ferrule.
Brass fittings are softer than other metal fittings, so they’re easier to thread together. Plain brass fittings have good corrosion resistance.Bronze fittings have better corrosion resistance and are stronger than brass and aluminum fittings.Aluminum fittings are lighter in weight than other metal fittings. They have good corrosion resistance.
Stainless steel fittings have very good corrosion resistance. 303 stainless steel fittings won’t rust when exposed to water, making them good for areas that require frequent cleanings. Fittings that swivel until tightened rotate 360° for easy installation. Fittings with a threaded end are also known as hose nipples.
Hose connectors are also known as hose menders and splicers. Use them to connect lengths of hose or to repair damaged hose.
Female NPSM (National Pipe Straight Mechanical) threads are compatible with male NPT and NPTF threads. Male NPSM threads are compatible with female NPSH threads.

Easy-Fit Barbed Hose Fittings for Air and Water
Low-profile barbs and a longer first barb allow for a smoother, easier installation than other barbed fittings. Slide the barbed end into rubber hose and secure with a clamp.

UV-Resistant Soft Plastic and Rubber Tubing for Air and Water
This tubing won’t degrade when exposed to the damaging effects of ultraviolet light. It is opaque, so you can’t see what’s flowing through the line.
PVC plastic tubing is the most economical option.
Static-Control Soft Plastic and Rubber Tubing for Air and Water
Protect sensitive equipment with this tubing—it is specially formulated to reduce the buildup of static electricity.
PVC plastic tubing has a steel wire coil embedded into the walls to divert static without the need for grounding. It is clear, so you can easily monitor flow. Tubing is semi-flexible and is good for gradual bends.
Abrasion-Resistant Soft Rubber Tubing for Air and Water

High-Polish Metal Quick-Clamp Sanitary Tube Fittings

Also known as aseptic and tri-clamp fittings, they connect with a gasket, a clamp, and another quick-clamp fitting for a fast and easy way to access your line. 304 stainless steel fittings have very good corrosion resistance. 316 stainless steel fittings have excellent corrosion resistance.

Buna-N gaskets are oil resistant. EPDM gaskets resist water and steam and work well in humid environments. Silicone gaskets withstand high temperatures. Fluoroelastomer gaskets stand up to fuel, oil, and acid condensates. PTFE gaskets withstand harsh chemicals, with the exception of molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine.

Polished to a 20 Ra finish, these fittings have an extra-smooth interior that prevents product buildup and inhibits bacteria growth. Use them in pharmaceutical and bioprocessing applications. Also known as tri-clamp fittings, they connect with a clamp, a gasket, and another quick-clamp fitting for a fast and easy way to access your line. Fittings are 316 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance.
Fittings with barbed hose end connect flexible hose or tubing to your system. Secure with a hose clamp (sold separately).
The pressure rating of the fitting will depend on the clamp you choose.
The temperature rating of the fitting will vary depending on the gasket material you choose.
Note: To complete a connection, you’ll need two quick-clamp fittings, a clamp, and a gasket (all sold separately).
