The standard and most widely used size, this strut channel is 15/8" × 15/8". Endlessly versatile, use it to support electrical and plumbing systems, install HVAC equipment, build racks, and more. Combine with brackets, fasteners, and other fittings to create your structure.
Slotted Hole—The most adaptable strut channel we offer. The slots make it easy to mount and reposition components without drilling.
Solid—When strength matters most, choose solid strut channel. With no holes or slots, this channel is the least likely to bend or flex, even in long runs.
80" Long—Use with beams spaced 6 ft. (72") apart. This length leaves 4" on each end to attach the channel to a beam.
Aluminum—At one-third the weight of steel, this is our easiest metal channel to handle and install, especially overhead. Aluminum is an alternative to stainless steel for rust resistance but isn’t as strong.

Mount and route with the same nut. Pass wiring through the hollow threaded stud to connect to electrical components installed on strut channel.
Zinc-Plated Aluminum—The zinc plating adds an extra layer of corrosion and oxide resistance to the aluminum. It also helps prevent damage caused by galvanic corrosion when used with steel strut channel.

Half the height of standard strut channel to fit into tight spots, such as beneath flooring or along obstructed ceilings and walls. Use it to frame and mount electrical enclosures and racks, as well as sensors, lights, and other automation devices. Low-profile channel not as strong as standard, but it's the same width, so it fits most of the accessories we offer.

Short and slim, this is smallest strut channel we offer. Route small cables, tubing, and conduit where larger channel won’t fit the space or the aesthetic. However, since it’s only a quarter the height standard strut channel, it’s not as strong.

Up to twice the height of standard strut channel, this channel supports longer spans and heavier loads, such as large runs of pipe and hanging air handlers in HVAC systems. You can also use it to build heavy duty racking and structural supports. Since this channel is the same width as standard, it fits most of the accessories we offer.

    Floor-Mount Strut Pipe Supports

Image of Product. Front orientation. Pipe Supports. Floor-Mount Strut Pipe Supports, Style A.

    Style A

Reduce noise caused by HVAC systems. These sturdy rubber supports isolate vibration caused by heat pumps and air conditioning units, resulting in a quieter facility. When used on roofs, they also keep components above puddled water, which can cause damage. Supports have integrated strut channel that works with strut fittings and strut-mount routing clamps to organize and secure duct, pipe, tubing, and conduit.
    Style A—Style A supports have a 1 5/8" wide strut channel.
