Medium-Strength Steel Hold-Down Bolts

Made from steel comparable to Grade 5 steel, these bolts are suitable for most work-holding applications. They’re often used to hold sieve-shaker screens in place and have a hook on one end that grabs as the other end is tightened with a nut. Material meets SAE J429 specifications for quality.

Low-Strength Steel Hold-Down Bolts

About half the strength of medium-strength bolts, these bolts are for light duty work-holding. They’re often used to hold batteries in place and have a hook on one end that grabs as the other end is tightened with a nut. The zinc plating provides corrosion resistance in wet environments.
