    Air-Actuated Auto-Leveling Pallet Stands—Not for Lifting

Image of Product. Front orientation. Pallet Stands. Air-Actuated Auto-Leveling Pallet Stands—Not for Lifting.
These stands keep the top of your load at a convenient height; an air cylinder automatically returns the stand to your set height as you add or remove parts of your load. The turntable rotates 360° to reduce reaching. A maximum of 60 psi of air is needed for setup but not for operation. Adjust height before adding pallets. A three-position knob allows capacity adjustments while a relief valve prevents pressure build-up to provide overload protection. The stand must be loaded to at least the minimum capacity for auto-leveling to engage.
Warning: Not for lifting. Never use to support people.

    Battery-Operated Lift Trucks with Platform

Image of Product. Front orientation. Lift Trucks. Battery-Operated Lift Trucks with Platform.
Platforms support material directly without an additional pallet. A hydraulic pump powered by a rechargeable battery raises and lowers loads with the push of a button. The push-button control has a self-retracting cord. Two swivel casters at the rear of the lift truck makes steering and pivoting easy. Once the truck is in place, engage the floor lock to lift and lower loads.
Warning: Never use to lift people.

    Style A

    Style B

Load pallets onto these tables directly from a pallet truck—no ramps or forklifts needed. When fully lowered, they sit close to the ground, so it’s easy to move loads on and off the floor. Roll a pallet truck into the center and lower the pallet onto the table. An electric motor and a hydraulic pump perform repetitive lifting and positioning with the push of a button or foot pedal. All tables have a toe guard at the base to protect you from foot injuries when the table is lowered.

Style A tables are hand-operated and have a U-shaped platform, so you can guide your pallet truck into the open center. Use them with plastic and wooden pallets with open bottoms, or with wire containers.

Connect these tables to your compressed air system; a hydraulic pump and an air-driven motor make repetitive lifting and positioning less of a chore. Tables have a compact design, so they fit in confined spaces.

    Digital Display

Eliminate an extra lift—these lift tables weigh and count right from the lifting platform. They have a built-in scale, so they’re useful for inventory and shipping tasks. A check-weigh mode flags when an item falls outside your set weight range. In counting mode, these tables track inventory as you add and remove parts. A large digital display shows your measurements. Use the foot lever and hydraulic pump to raise loads to your ideal height. And turn the knob for controlled lowering.
Warning: Never use to lift people.

Lift and lower heavy loads with the push of a button—these trucks have a battery-powered hydraulic pump. They’re easier to use than manual lift trucks, since you don’t need to turn a crank or pump a pedal. You can also make finer height adjustments to position loads exactly where you need them. Two swivel casters at the rear of the lift truck make steering and pivoting easy. Adjust the width of the forks to fit pallets, skids, and other loads in many sizes.
Warning: Never use to lift people.
Counterbalanced Base—Counterbalanced bases require counterbalance weights (sold separately) to offset loads. Unlike straddle bases, they don’t have front-facing legs that can get in the way when you’re loading or unloading racks, trucks, or machinery.
Adjustable-Width Straddle Base—Adjustable-width straddle bases have front-facing legs that sit on either side of your load for support. You can adjust the width to fit them around open and closed-bottom pallets.
Pivoting Handle—Those with a pivoting handle give you better leverage and control in tight spaces. The handle adjusts up or down.

    Long-Tabletop Electric Stationary Lift Tables

Designed for lifting oversized items, these tables are wider and longer than standard lift tables. They have an electric motor and a hydraulic pump, so you can position heavy loads with the push of a button. The NEMA rating only applies to the push-button control.
Warning: Never use to lift people.

Dual-scissor lift tables can handle four times as much weight as tables with a single scissor lift. Weight is distributed evenly across the two side-by-side scissor lifts, so they’re less likely to wobble or tip under large or uneven loads.

Motor-Driven Battery-Operated Lift Trucks with Forks

Image of Product. Front orientation. Lift Trucks. Motor-Driven Battery-Operated Lift Trucks with Forks.
Fully powered to do the heavy lifting and moving for you. A motorized throttle controls forward and reverse movement, while a battery-powered hydraulic pump raises and lowers loads with the push of a button. The powered drive makes these trucks ideal for moving loads long distances in your facility. Compared to manual lift trucks, they offer greater control and more precise adjustments. These trucks include a built-in charger that plugs into a standard wall outlet.
The narrow mast provides a clear view for loading and maneuvering into position. These trucks glide on all floor types, including areas with debris.
Warning: Never use to lift people.
Adjustable-Width Straddle Base—These trucks have adjustable-width straddle legs that fit around both open- and closed-bottom pallets. You can also make the forks narrower or wider to slide them right under your load.
Polyurethane Rubber Wheel—They have polyurethane rubber wheels that are nonmarking, abrasion resistant, and shock absorbent.

Skip the ramp—these battery-powered trucks lift cargo and then themselves into trailers to position pallets inside. With the press of a button, they raise loads from ground level to trailer height. Once the load is in place, manually retract the legs to move them out of the way, then press the button again to lift the truck inside the trailer. Engage the wheel brakes before lifting or lowering a load.
