    Formable Ultra-Machinable 353 Brass Rods

Image of Product. Front orientation. Brass. Formable Ultra-Machinable 353 Brass Rods.
Knurl, thread, turn, and etch parts with sharp details that won't wear down. Also known as engraver’s brass, 353 is the best alloy for cutting fine grooves and threads. It’s stronger than 360 brass, the easiest alloy to machine, because it contains less lead. Choose it for intricate parts that need to withstand repeated use, such as screws, nuts, drawer pulls, and hinges.
