    Bearing Adapter Sleeves

    Make up for imperfections and gaps between your bearing and shaft for a tight fit. These bearing adapter sleeves are the most common way to mount a bearing with a tapered bore onto a cylindrical seat. They work with both straight and stepped shafts. Secure using the included lock nut.

When you tighten the included clamping screws, the bushing's inner sleeve contracts onto the shaft and the outer sleeve expands to hold your sprocket, pulley, or gear.     Thrust Bearings

They don't come with lubricant, so you can choose the oil that's best for your application. Make sure to mount them where they're easy to access, since you'll need to replenish the oil frequently. All are fabricated and inspected in the U.S.

    The tapered barrel on these bushings is split on both sides, allowing them to contract more tightly around the shaft than quick-disconnect and taper-lock bushings.
