Electrically Operated Oil Dispensers with Flow-Adjustment Valve and Brush

A solenoid automatically starts and stops flow so lubrication is dispensed only while equipment is running. When wired to a machine’s on/off switch, the solenoid remains closed until the machine is turned on. Turn the dial on the valve to adjust the flow of oil through the brush. Dispensers can be used with any oil grade. Flow rate depends on temperature.

Oil Brushes

Connect these brushes to oil reservoirs and flow-adjustment valves to lubricate chain, gears, and conveyors.

Brushes with 304 stainless steel bristles last longer than brushes with nylon and horsehair bristles.

Styles A and B install through an equipment enclosure. They can be used with any oil grade. Flow rate depends on temperature. They have PTF and NPTF (Dryseal) threads, which are compatible with NPT threads. Style B have oil inlets at the top and side for mounting versatility. Style C have a neoprene-covered felt pad that provides even lubrication coverage without dripping. Style D have a flow-regulating insert that directs oil flow to the interior of the brush for even distribution.

Replacement bristle inserts are a strip of bristles that fit into your existing housing.
