Hollow-Core Cutters for Milwaukee Magnetic-Base Drill Presses

Use these cutters with Milwaukee magnetic-base drill presses. They require an arbor adapter (sold separately). Unlike drill bits, these cut only on the periphery of the hole and produce a solid slug. They are also known as annular cutters.
Note: These cutters are not for use with Milwaukee magnetic-base drill presses that have a 1/2" max. drill bit size.

Inch Size Hollow-Core Cutters for Magnetic-Base Drills
Use these cutters with magnetic-base drills. You can also pair them with an arbor adapter (sold separately) when using a manual drill press or milling machine. Unlike drill bits, these cut only on the periphery of the hole and produce a solid slug. Also known as annular cutters.
Carbide-tipped steel cutters last longer than high-speed steel and cobalt steel cutters and are for high-volume cutting of difficult-to-machine materials. Note: These cutters are more sensitive to shock and vibration compared to other cutters and should not be used with Jancy magnetic-base drill model USA101.
Pilot pins align the cutter and eject the slug. They're also known as ejector pins.
Arbor adapters for carbide-tipped steel cutters come with a pilot pin.

Fixed-Position Milwaukee Magnetic-Base Drill Presses

Switch these drills from forward to reverse without stopping—ideal for both drilling and tapping applications (not recommended for use with pipe taps). In addition, a dial lets you adjust the speed to match your application, making these great for drilling hard materials at slow speeds. Base attaches to flat ferrous surfaces (such as steel and cast iron). Holding force (also called drill point breakaway) is calculated against a 1" thick steel plate. Drills include a spoked feed handle that mounts on either side.
Drill presses for 3/4" and 1 1/4" max. drill bit sizes can be used with carbide-tipped hollow-core cutters.
Note: To avoid damaging the electromagnet, do not mount press to a base that has a welder already grounded to it.

Adjustable-Position Milwaukee Magnetic-Base Drill Presses

Lock the magnet to secure the base and then move the motor to center the cutter for pinpoint accuracy. You can move the motor 3/4" forward and backward and tilt it 20° left and right. Switch these drills from forward to reverse without stopping—ideal for both drilling and tapping applications (not recommended for use with pipe taps).
