Find a chain style and capacity that's up to any task, from hanging a 5 lb. light fixture to rigging a 17 ton generator.

Extra Heavy Duty Chain for Lifting

Image of Product. Front orientation. Chain. Extra Heavy Duty Chain for Lifting.
Lift, hoist, and rig heavy equipment, vehicles, containers, and more with the strongest chain we offer. This chain is graded by weight capacity, so you can pick the best option whether you're hauling a bulldozer or unloading cargo from a ship. Look for the manufacturer's stamp on each link to confirm the grade.
When using fittings with chain, match the trade size and meet or exceed the chain’s grade to avoid chain damage or failure.
Warning: Never use chain to lift people or items over people.
Grade 120 Chain—The strongest chain in the industry at approximately 20% stronger than Grade 100 chain. The uniquely-shaped links increase the chain's capacity and minimize wear, so you can use a smaller size than Grade 80 or 100 chain to lift the same amount of weight.
Powder-Coated Steel—Powder coating steel gives it a colored finish and a strong barrier against moisture and mild chemicals.

Hammer the pin through the center to assemble these links. They’re also known as hammer locks and sling links. Often used to connect the legs of chain sling to a master link, these links are good for general lifting applications. All meet strict ASME safety standards for lifting.
Note: Connecting links are for vertical lifting only.
For Grade 120 Chain—Links for Grade 120 chain are the strongest links we offer. They are approximately 20% stronger than links for Grade 100 chain and about 35% stronger than links for Grade 80 chain.
Powder-Coated Alloy Steel—Powder-coated alloy steel links have mild corrosion resistance.

    Oblong Chain Rings—For Lifting

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Chain Rings. Oblong Chain Rings—For Lifting.
Also known as master and sling links, a large inner diameter provides room to attach multiple connectors or legs on a sling. Use these chain rings in general lifting applications. All meet strict ASME safety standards for lifting.
Note: Capacities listed are for vertical lifting only. As the angle changes from vertical, the amount of weight the chain ring can lift is significantly reduced.
For Grade 120 Chain—Chain rings for Grade 120 chain are the strongest we offer. They are approximately 20% stronger than chain rings for Grade 100 chain and about 35% stronger than chain rings for Grade 80 chain.
Powder-Coated Alloy Steel—Powder-coated alloy steel chain rings have mild corrosion resistance.
Flat Thickness—Chain rings with a flat have a spot that's thinner than the rest of the chain ring, so you can slip on connectors that otherwise wouldn't fit. The flat doesn't affect the capacity of the chain ring.

    Clevis Hooks—For Lifting

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Hooks. For Lifting, Clevis.
Slide the clevis pin into these hooks to attach chain. A latch ensures rope, chain, and fittings won't detach from the hook when the load slackens. The hook opening accommodates large anchor points and allows chain to move freely through the closed hook.
Note: Capacities are for vertical lifting only.
For Grade 120 Chain—Extra-high-strength hooks for Grade 120 chain are the strongest hooks we offer. They are approximately 20% stronger than hooks for Grade 100 chain and about 35% stronger than hooks for Grade 80 chain.

    Grab Hooks with Clevis—For Lifting

Image of Product. Front orientation. Hooks. For Lifting, Grab Hook, Clevis.
Slide the clevis pin into these hooks to attach chain, no extra fittings needed. The hook has a narrow throat that’s precisely sized to grip a single link of chain. Made of powder-coated steel, they resist some corrosion.
Match your hook to your chain’s grade. The higher the chain grade, the stronger hook. For the three chain grades we offer hooks for (80, 100, 120), each hook is about 20% stronger than the last.
Note: Capacities are for vertical lifting only.
