    These coveralls have a polyethylene coating to provide full body protection against chemical spills and splashes. A special type of Tyvek, these coveralls are soft yet tear and abrasion resistant. They have a zipper down the front.
    Tychem 2000 Fabric—Tychem 2000 (formerly known as Tychem QC) fabric resists inorganic acids and bases, including nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrogen peroxide, and sodium hydroxide.
    Tychem 4000 Fabric—Tychem 4000 (formerly known as Tychem SL) fabric has a resin film in the coating, which makes it more chemical resistant than Tychem 2000. It holds up against acids and alkalis, including hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, isopropyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, and sodium hydroxide.
    Open Cuff—Open cuffs provide better airflow than elastic cuffs.
    Elastic Cuff—Elastic cuffs help keep dirt and grime out better than open cuffs.
    M—Size M coveralls are suitable for wearers 5'2" to 5'7" tall and between 125 to 160 lb.
    L—Size L coveralls are suitable for wearers 5'5" to 5'10" tall between 140 to 200 lb.
    XL—Size XL coveralls are suitable for wearers 5'7" to 6'2" tall between 150 to 220 lb.
    2XL—Size 2XL coveralls are suitable for wearers 5'11" to 6'4" tall between 180 to 240 lb.
    3XL—Size 3XL coveralls are suitable for wearers 6'2" to 6'5" tall between 230 to 280 lb.
    4XL—Size 4XL coveralls are suitable for wearers 6'4" to 6'8" tall between 240 to 300 lb.

    Chemical-Resistant Rain Coveralls

    Protect against chemical spills and splashes—these one-piece coveralls provide full coverage with fewer openings than chemical-resistant rain suits. They are polyester fabric with a PVC coating inside and out. They have snaps down the front and a storm flap to keep liquid splashes out. They have open cuffs to fit over gloves and boots.
    All coveralls have an inseam length of 29".
    Chest Size—When measuring chest size, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under the coveralls.

    Chemical-Resistant and Arc-Flash-Protection Coveralls

    Shield your body from chemical and electrical hazards. These coveralls meet NFPA 1992 to resist 70 different chemicals and NFPA 2112 and 70E for protection against flames and arc flashes. Made of nomex fabric, they’re durable and breathable to keep you comfortable. Sealed seams and a flap over the zipper stop chemicals from reaching your skin.
    Check the personal protective equipment (PPE) category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace and select all required clothing and personal protective equipment to meet that rating. These coveralls are rated Category 2, the most common arc flash rating for industrial applications.
    All coveralls have an inseam length of 31".
