    Fixed-Flow-Rate Peristaltic Pumps for Chemicals

    Also known as tubing pumps, these maintain a fixed flow rate. Pumps are self-priming, which means they create a suction force to draw liquid upward and fill the pump chamber. Mount them up to 25 feet above your liquid source. All can run dry. Do not use with solids.
    Polypropylene and Tygon Wetted Parts—Pumps with Tygon 2375 lining resist harsh substances such as isopropyl alcohol and sodium chloride.
    Viton® Fluoroelastomer Wetted Parts—Pumps with Viton® Fluoroelastomer tubing withstand oil such as gasoline and hydraulic oil.

    These pumps have the best chemical resistance of all our circulation pumps. Instead of a shaft seal, they use magnets to turn the impeller, reducing wear and leakage. The motor is totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) for use in dusty, dirty, and damp environments. Pumps are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source. Do not run dry or use with solids.
    Note: If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.

    Pick up chemical spills and remove liquids in vacuum filtering systems—these pumps create suction to draw up liquids and gases as water flows through them. They’re made of HDPE and polyethylene, so they won’t break down when exposed to highly corrosive chemicals and acids. The suction end has a barbed tube connector, which attaches to your vacuum tubing. The connector stays attached to your vacuum tubing and connects to the pump when you’re ready to use it again. These pumps also have an internal check valve to prevent backflow.

    Narrow-Profile Mechanical Pump Shaft Seals with Extended Spring

    With a smaller seal OD than standard seals, these seals have an extended spring that accommodates variations in seal cavity length. They're used in waste water, boiler feed, and compressor pumps. Seals come furnished as two pieces—the seal and the seat. The seal is comprised of the case, spring, diaphragm, and washer, which come locked together as one piece. Seal Width represents the working height, which is the compressed length when installed. The seat is comprised of the seat and the gasket.
