    Reduce upkeep on your food line with bearings that never need lubrication. On startup, an oil-infused solid polymer releases the optimal amount of food-safe, NSF-registered lubricant—never too much or too little. The embedded oil never leaks out, and seals keep dust and contaminants from sneaking in. Install them into conveyors, packaging systems, and other food processing applications where contact with ingredients is rare but possible. The balls roll nearly friction-free within a sturdy housing to support shafts as they turn. The four-bolt flange creates a stronger connection to the mounting surface than two-bolt alternatives.
    316 Stainless Steel Housing—The most corrosion-resistant metal we offer, these housings hold up to harsh chemicals and salt water.
    Clamp On—Tighten the clamping screw to close the collar around your shaft for a secure, mar-free grip. The collar centers the shaft, decreasing vibration and allowing for higher speeds than set screws. Also known as concentric lock bearings.

    Smoother than smooth—the balls inside these bearings roll nearly friction-free. The four-bolt flange supports shafts with a stronger connection to the mounting surface than two-bolt alternatives.
    Lubricate regularly to keep your bearing in tip-top shape. Bearings with seals keep lubricants in and contaminants out, and come packed with grease. Open bearings require initial lubrication and offer less protection against dust and debris.
    Powder-Coated Cast Iron Housing—A rugged iron base coated in thick powder that protects against water, mild detergents, and oil. However, if the coating is scratched or chipped, the underlying iron may rust.
    Locknut—Tighten the nut for a strong hold that stands up to heavy vibrations without letting go. An adapter sleeve is required and sold separately.
    SKF—Manufactured in Europe with a strong focus on precision. The more precise the bearing, the more efficiently it will run.
