Mount to rails and make quick adjustments, all without reaching for tools. Secure these clamps using the included rail nuts, then reposition them as needed—no disassembly required. They’re often used in modular production lines to make fast, frequent line changes. All fit tightly around pressurized lines in hydraulic systems to reduce vibration and cut down on noise. They are not compatible with strut channel or strut-mount clamps.
Polypropylene—The body of these clamps stand up to water, most acids, alcohols, and salts. They’re commonly used to route tubing in food processing, lab, and outdoor installations.
Steel Top Plate—Best for dry environments since moisture will cause these plates to rust.

    Sanitary Clamp Pipe Hangers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Pipe Hangers. Sanitary Clamp Pipe Hangers.
Rounded edges, polished surfaces, and concealed threads limit bacteria growth on these hangers. Use them to hold pipe in environments with frequent washdowns, such as food and pharmaceutical plants. They resist corrosion in wet environments and stand up to frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers. The FDA compliant cushion is safe for direct contact with food. It fits tightly around lines to damp vibrations that cause disruptive noises or damage to equipment. It also prevents corrosion caused by metal-to-metal contact. Mount these pipe hangers by twisting a threaded rod through the threaded hole on top.
316 Stainless Steel—Our most corrosion-resistant metal pipe hangers, use these around steam sterilization, aggressive sanitizers, and chemical processing.
Silicone Rubber Cushion—Withstand steam cleaning, ozone, sunlight, and oxidation.
PTFE Cushion—Withstand most chemicals and accommodate thermal expansion.

    (Sold Separately)

Weld the bottom plate of these clamps to your mounting surface for a more secure hold than screw-on clamps. Their tight fit around pipe and tubing reduces vibration and cuts down on noise. All keep pressurized lines stable in hydraulic systems to prevent leaks, ruptures, or disconnected fittings.
Polypropylene—The body of these clamps stand up to water, most acids, alcohols, and salts. They’re commonly used to route tubing in food processing, lab, and outdoor installations.
Aluminum—Best for extreme conditions, these clamps can handle temperatures up to 570°F. They won’t rust when exposed to salt water or mild chemicals, but they shouldn’t be used with stainless steel to avoid contact corrosion. Although stronger than plastic, they’re four to five times heavier and not suitable for weight-sensitive applications.
Steel Top and Bottom Plate—Best for dry environments since moisture will cause these plates to rust.
Zinc-Plated Steel Top Plate and Zinc-Phosphate-Coated Steel Bottom Plate—With a layer of zinc to protect against corrosion, these plates are a good choice for areas with occasional exposure to moisture. The layer on the bottom plates is thinner than the top plates, making it easier to remove before welding.
304 Stainless Steel Top and Bottom Plate—These plates are suitable for a wide range of corrosive environments. They won't rust in wet areas and hold up against mild chemicals and solvents.

    Rotate

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Pipe Hangers. Pivoting Loop Pipe Hangers, Tilt.

    Tilt

Secure pipe overhead and allow it to tilt or rotate as needed. These pipe hangers reduce stress on joints and keep pipe aligned, even when it shifts. Attach these hangers to beams or ceilings with threaded rod.
360° Rotation—Rotate to allow movement and flexibility when pipes need to be connected at non-standard angles and when working in tight spaces.
15° Tilt—Swing up and down to accommodate slight misalignments between the pipe and mounting surface caused by vibration, thermal expansion, or shifting loads. Also known as Clevis Hangers.
Zinc-Plated Steel—A common choice for areas with occasional exposure to moisture, but won't stand up to chemicals.
PVC-Coated Steel—Prevent wear from metal-to-metal contact due to movement or thermal expansion.
Rubber-Coated Steel—Prevent wear from metal-to-metal contact and moisture.
304 Stainless Steel—Withstand mild chemicals and solvents and won't rust in wet environments.
316 Stainless Steel—Our most corrosion-resistant metal pipe hangers. These won’t degrade when exposed to harsh weather, salt water, and most chemicals.
