About Measuring Hose and Tube Clamps
What's the best way to determine the clamp size you'll need? Simply measure the outside diameter of your hose with the fitting installed. Some clamps accommodate a range of sizes, so be sure the size you need falls in the middle of that range.

Constant-Tension Clamps for Soft Hose and Tube
Don't worry about your hose and tube expanding and contracting when temperatures fluctuate—these clamps have a Belleville spring that automatically increases and decreases the clamp's diameter.
Clamps have an extended tail on the band, which acts as a liner to protect hose and tube from being cut. They’re best for soft hose and tube but also work with firm hose and tube. Do not exceed the maximum torque or clamps may be damaged.
301,302,and 304 stainless steel offer very good corrosion resistance.
410 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance.
Zinc-plated steel has fair corrosion resistance.
Note: When choosing a clamp, measure the outside diameter of your hose or tube with the fitting installed.

Constant-Tension Bolt Clamps for Firm Hose and Tube
The T-bolt design provides excellent strength and creates a 360° seal. Clamps have a spring that automatically adjusts the clamp diameter to compensate for the expansion and contraction of hose and tube when temperatures fluctuate. Clamps are for firm plastic and rubber hose and tube. Do not exceed the maximum torque or clamps may be damaged.
Zinc-plated steel has fair corrosion resistance.
301 stainless steel has very good corrosion resistance.
316 stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance.

These clamps have a wider band than other constant-tension clamps, which provides more coverage and reduces the chance of leaks.
The spring-action band lets the clamps automatically expand and contract with your hose or tube as temperatures fluctuate. Clamps are for firm plastic and rubber hose and tube.
Clamps with a black-phosphate finish provide mild corrosion resistance in dry environments.

Constant-Tension Spring Clamps for Firm Hose and Tube

Double Spring
Not as bulky as our other constant-tension clamps, these round-wire clamps easily fit in cramped spaces. Use in low-pressure applications.
Clamps automatically expand and contract with your hose or tube in response to fluctuations in temperature. They are for firm plastic and rubber hose and tube.
For single spring clamps, use the optional spring clamp pliers to install and remove the clamps.
Double spring clamps spread the clamping force more evenly around a hose or tube than single spring clamps. However, the clamping force is lower than the single spring clamps. To install and remove the clamps, use optional straight-nose pliers.
Zinc-plated steel clamps have fair corrosion resistance.
17-7 PH stainless steel clamps have good corrosion resistance. They are heat treated, so they are stronger than steel to better retain their hold.

Double Bolt with Saddles
Clamps offer extra holding power in high-torque applications.
The bolt design provides good strength and creates a 360° seal to prevent leaks. Clamps have fair corrosion resistance. They are for firm plastic and rubber hose. They are not recommended for use with helix wire hose and hydraulic hose. Do not exceed the maximum torque or clamps may be damaged.
Double Bolt—The tightening force is equally distributed between both sides of the clamp. These clamps open completely for easy installation and have reinforced bolt lugs to prevent the clamp from bending out of alignment.
Double Bolt with Saddles—Same as the double-bolt clamps, except these have two saddles to maintain even pressure around large-diameter hose.

Vibration-Resistant Worm-Drive Clamps for Firm Hose and Tube
Unlike vibration-resistant pinch clamps, these have a torque rating for extra holding power in high-vibration applications. They are also known as high-torque clamps.
Clamps are for firm plastic and rubber hose and tube. Do not exceed the maximum torque or clamps may be damaged.
316 stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance.
Note: When choosing a clamp, measure the outside diameter of your hose or tube with the fitting installed.
