Comfort-Grip Shock-Absorbing
Wear-Resistant Rope—Not for Lifting
Also known as sash cord, this rope has a soft cotton cover, so you can grip it without hurting your hands. It's made of nylon to compensate for sudden force, such as in towing applications or dock lines. The braided cover protects the braided core from wear during use. The rope resists rot and mildew. When wet, it can lose up to 20% of its strength. It knots easily and does not rotate under load.
Note: The safety factor for capacity is 12:1.

Comfort-Grip Reinforced Wire-Core Rope—Not for Lifting
This soft cotton rope with braided construction allows you to grip it tight without it slipping or hurting your hands. The wire core makes it more wear resistant than rope with a fiber core, and it helps the rope keep its shape, so it won’t stretch with repeated use. Rope does not rotate under load.

A nylon core makes this webbing stronger than standard cotton webbing. Use it to create straps, belts, and tie downs. It has a finished end with a locking stitch that won't unravel. To prevent fraying after a new cut, fold and sew or use a finishing tip.
Note: Breaking strength is the force at which new webbing will break, and should never be considered the work load limit.
