Made-to-Order Oil-Resistant Aramid/Buna-N Gaskets

If you need a unique gasket shape or size, send us your DXF file and we’ll precision cut it for you. This aramid/Buna-N blend resists oil and aliphatic hydrocarbons, such as ethylene.
First select a thickness, then select a sheet size that’s large enough to accommodate your gasket. Gasket cross section must be at least 0.093" and bolt hole diameter must be at least 0.080". Finally, send us your DXF file. Depending on the size of your gasket, we’ll send you as many same-design gaskets as a sheet will yield, up to 20 gaskets for 12"×12" sheets, and up to 40 gaskets for 24"×24" sheets.
Made-to-Order Chemical-Resistant Viton® Fluoroelastomer Gaskets

Send us your DXF file and we’ll precision cut a unique gasket shape or size to your specifications. Viton® fluoroelastomer resists boric acid, citric acid, isopropyl alcohol, fuel, oil, and transmission fluid.
Made-to-Order Ultra-Chemical-Resistant PTFE Gaskets

Let us precision cut a gasket for you to your exact specifications using your DXF file. These gaskets are made of soft expanded PTFE, which is chemically inert (except to molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine).
Made-to-Order High-Temperature Graphite Gaskets

When you need a unique shape or size graphite gasket, we will precision cut one for you using your DXF file. This material, also known as Hochdruck, is graphite with stainless steel layers for added strength in hot environments.
First select a thickness, then select a sheet size that’s large enough to accommodate your gasket. Gasket cross section must be at least 0.093" and bolt hole diameter must be at least 0.200". Finally, send us your DXF file. Depending on the size of your gasket, we’ll send you as many same-design gaskets as a sheet will yield, up to 20 gaskets for 12"×12" sheets, and up to 40 gaskets for 24"×24" sheets.
Create-a-Color Caulk

Mix a small amount of water-based paint with this caulk to match the color of your surface. Caulk is non-sagging, so it won't drip from vertical and overhead surfaces.
Elongation and joint compression/expansion tolerance indicate flexibility—the higher the values are, the more joint movement a sealant can sustain. This caulk is best suited to joints between similar materials that aren't exposed to wide temperature fluctuation.
