Diesel Exhaust Fluid

For use in selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems, this fluid reduces the air pollution from your diesel engine to help you comply with EPA guidelines. Commonly known as DEF, it contains urea to convert nitrous oxide (NOx) into water vapor and nitrogen for cleaner emissions. It meets ISO 22241-1 and American Petroleum Institute standards for diesel exhaust fluid.

Selectable-Flow-Rate Easy-Stroke Drum Pumps for Water and Chemicals

These pumps have a selectable flow rate, so you can adjust flow for different dispensing applications. A lever handle maximizes output with each stroke for low-effort dispensing.
Whenever working with flammable liquids, always bond and ground your application for static control. For more information about bonding and grounding, see Sections 1910.106 and 1910.107 of the Federal OSHA Code or see bonding and grounding equipment.

Diesel Exhaust Fluid Dispensing Hose with Threaded Fittings
Avoid contamination as you supply a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system with diesel exhaust fluid (DEF). Made of peroxide-cured EPDM with stainless steel fittings, this hose won’t leach contaminants into DEF. The fittings also resist corroding from mild chemicals and water. This hose is flexible, so it’s easy to maneuver and coil around reels. Reinforced with yarn, it holds its shape during use and resists kinking. A static control wire runs through the hose and connects to the fittings at both ends to safely discharge static electricity.
Thread one end into your pump and the other into a nozzle or swivel (both sold separately). Threaded swivels install between your hose and your nozzle to keep your line from twisting, kinking, and wearing prematurely. Thread sealants (sold separately) fill the small gaps between threads to prevent leaks. None of these accessories will contaminate DEF.

Maintain the purity of diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) as you move it from tanker trucks to storage tanks. Made of peroxide-cured EPDM with stainless steel fittings, this hose won’t leach contaminants into your line. The fittings also resist corroding from harsh cleaning chemicals. This hose is flexible, so it’s easy to maneuver and coil around reels. Reinforced with yarn and steel, it holds its shape and resists kinking.
The fittings make it easy to connect and disconnect the line. Insert the plug into the socket and push the levers down.

Diesel Exhaust Fluid Hose Nozzles
To avoid contaminating diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), these nozzles are made of anodized aluminum and have a stainless steel spout. Similar to pumps at a gas station, these let you control how much DEF flows into your tank at once with the trigger or the hold-open clip. The clip adjusts to two different positions, each with a different flow rate. The design of the tip keeps the flow smooth and steady, reducing spills. When your tank is full, these nozzles stop dispensing automatically. A PVC scuff guard protects them from bumps and scrapes.
Threaded swivels and thread sealants (both sold separately) also won’t contaminate DEF. Threaded swivels install between your hose and these nozzles to prevent your line from twisting, kinking, and wearing prematurely. Thread sealants fill the small gaps between threads to prevent leaks.
Splash guards (sold separately) protect your hands from spray.
