Use the built-in retainer to hold touch bars in the unlatched position to allow traffic to pass freely through doorways. Latch bolt projection is the length the latch bolt extends from the door's edge.
Touch bars for double doors have vertical rods that latch into strike plates mounted on the floor and ceiling.
Touch bars for double/single doors do not include vertical rods. When used on double doors, a center support (not included) is required.
