Compact Machine-Mount Aligning Dot Lasers

These lasers are sized for mounting on machinery to ensure tools are properly positioned. You can also use them in conjunction with machine-vision cameras to serve as a reference location for making measurements. They have wire leads for connecting to a DC power source (sold separately). The size of the dot increases as the distance increases. Laser light is red and is best viewed indoors.

Lasers that meet Class IIIa have a power supply that can run up to five lasers at once. They also have a pipe bracket, so you can clamp them on to conduits that are approximately 1” in diameter, such as those found in older factories and warehouses.

Optional mounts have a magnetic base and mounting holes.

Position these lasers at the correct angle for your job with adjustable angle mounts. They allow 360° rotation.

Proximity-Sensor Shaft Alignment Kits

Align rotary shafts with the help of a mobile app. These sensor kits are more accurate than straightedges and easier to use than dial indicators. Properly aligning shafts reduces vibration and protects couplings, bearings, and other parts from wear and damage.

Use the included chain clamps to mount these sensors above your coupling, where they detect the degree of misalignment between the shafts.
