Safety Cabinets for Flammables in Drums


Vertical Storage	Horizontal Storage

Safely stow drums of flammable liquid and hazardous waste. These cabinets have a raised door sill that contains spills and a fully welded, double-walled steel construction to comply with OSHA and NFPA requirements. Lock them with the included keys.

Vertical Storage—Rollers inside these cabinets make contents easy to load and remove. An adjustable shelf adds storage space for small containers.

Horizontal Storage—Store drums horizontally on a dispensing stand (not included) for gravity-flow dispensing.

Self Closing—Self-closing cabinets, required in some jurisdictions, have fusible links that melt at 165° F to close the doors.

Outdoor Safety Cabinets for Flammables in Drums

Store and dispense flammable liquids from drums outdoors to free up facility space. These cabinets allow you to safely transfer liquids into or out of drums and handle hazardous waste. A UV- and water-resistant polyurethane finish stands up to wind, snow, and the elements. They have a raised door sill that contains spills and a fully welded, double-walled steel construction to comply with NFPA and FM requirements for outdoor drum storage. Lock them with the included keys.

These cabinets are approved for storing flammable liquids but are not fire rated, so their placement near occupied buildings may be restricted.

Spill-Control Sheds

Store hazardous liquids outside and away from people and workspaces. These sheds are made of polyethylene, so they resist most chemicals, including acids. Their roll-up doors offer access from the front or back to move containers, dispense liquids, and protect contents from the elements. All have two or more holes to secure with padlocks (not included).

For use with 55 gal. drums or 275 gal. IBC tanks, these sheds are EPA compliant 40 CFR 264.175 when used correctly. Choose a shed that’s large enough to hold either 10% of the total capacity of all the containers on it or the full capacity of the largest container—whichever is greater.

Without Drain—Sheds without a drain have fewer potential leak points, but they’re harder to empty after a spill.

With Drain—Sheds with a drain let you empty liquid after a spill without having to remove containers or pump liquids out through the top.

For 2 275-Gallon Tanks—Sheds that hold two 275 gal. tanks have a single, continuous basin, so they can’t be separated into individual sheds.

Unassembled—Unassembled sheds are simple to put together—no fasteners required.

Removable Grating—Sheds with a removable grating are easy to clean.

Buckets—Add a bucket (sold separately) to catch spills and drips when dispensing from the tank. The bucket holds up to 3 gallons. When the bucket fills too high, excess liquid is released into the well of the shed.
