    Damper

The simplest, most reliable way to regulate airflow in standard duct. Turn the lever to adjust the blade.
Gasketed Airflow Damper—The blade has a rubber gasket to prevent leaks better than other dampers.
Blade Airflow Damper—The most economical choice, these dampers slide into the end of duct. Drill a hole for the damper's bolt and remove the handle. Place the damper inside duct, insert the bolt through the hole, and reattach the handle.
Galvanized Steel—Strong and corrosion resistant, galvanized steel is the most commonly used ductwork material.
Lightweight Aluminum—One-third the weight of steel, aluminum duct is easier to handle during installation. It resists rust in wet environments but won’t last as long as steel.

    Airflow Dampers for Quick-Disconnect Duct

Image of Product. Front orientation. Duct Airflow Dampers. Airflow Dampers for Quick-Disconnect Duct.
Regulate airflow to sections of quick-disconnect duct. Often used in dust collection systems, these dampers attach with quick-release clamps. Turn the lever to adjust airflow.
Galvanized Steel—Strong and corrosion resistant, galvanized steel is the most commonly used ductwork material.
Corrosion-Resistant 304 Stainless Steel—The most corrosion-resistant metal duct we sell outperforms galvanized steel in harsh environments. It won’t rust or degrade in systems that exhaust chemical fumes or vent heat from industrial ovens and dryers.

    Tight-Seal Spiral Duct and Fittings

Image of System. Front orientation. Contains MultipleImages. Duct and Fittings. Tight-Seal Spiral Duct and Fittings.
Gasketed fittings prevent leaks between connections without the need for tape or other sealants. Duct has a continuous seam that reinforces it for strength and long life. The rigid construction keeps its shape, even against suction from dust collectors. Duct is smooth on the inside for efficient airflow. Because of its attractive look, spiral duct is often used for exposed heating and cooling systems.

Add a branch of round duct from rectangular systems and control airflow with the damper. Cut a hole, install the collar, and connect a piece of tight-seal spiral round duct.
Galvanized Steel—Corrosion resistant and affordable, galvanized steel is the most commonly used ductwork material.
Polyethylene Foam Gasket—The flange has an adhesive-backed gasket to bond the connection until you fasten with screws. The gasket also prevents leaks.

For use with drop-ceiling diffusers and ready-to-connect drop-ceiling diffusers, these dampers regulate airflow. Dampers mount to a collar.
Butterfly Opening/Closing Style—Dampers with a butterfly opening/closing style open on a middle hinge. The removable handle adjusts the damper to control airflow and is easier to adjust than dampers with a radial opening/closing style.
Radial Opening/Closing Style—Dampers with a radial opening/closing style open in a circle for more precise airflow than dampers with a butterfly opening/closing style.
