Mount these powerful units on a steel open-head drum (not included) for two-stage collection. In the first stage, larger particles fall into the drum; in the second stage, smaller particles go into the filter bag, resulting in less wear on the blower and filter bag.

Hazardous location dust collectors have a CSA Certified explosion-proof motor that is rated IP44 for protection in damp environments. UL standards also apply to the motor.

450 cfm dust collectors require the adapter kit (sold separately).

Use one of the large-capacity filter bag kits (sold separately) for the 1,300 cfm collector.

These kits include 5 feet of 6" diameter hose to attach the bag to the dust collector outlet. Drum-mount bag kits are supported by a hook at the top of the bag; the bottom of the bag tightens around the top of the drum with a belt and quick-release buckle for easy emptying. Ceiling-mount bag kit empties from a zipper at bottom.

Collect wood dust with these simple yet effective dust collectors. The base has wheels, so you can move the unit around for connection to different equipment. These collectors are 95% efficient for wood dust particles 25 microns and larger.

696 cfm and 1,400 cfm collectors use one top and one bottom filter bag. 2,431 cfm collector uses two top and two bottom filter bags.

1,400 cfm and 2,431 cfm collectors include an adapter to connect to multiple runs of duct, allowing you to easily use one collector for several pieces of equipment.

To capture particles down to 2 microns, such as cement dust and dusting sprays, replace your filter with optional 2-micron filter kits. Use optional 1-micron filter kits to trap particles as small as 1 micron, such as fine dust and dust-like particulates found in auto emissions.

Move large quantities of air and dust through longer runs of pipe than the drum-mount dust collectors. This powerful unit separates most waste material in the airflow and deposits it into a dust storage barrel (sold separately). Because less dust passes through the blower, there is less wear on it. Motor and fan assemblies are easily detached for maintenance.

These dust collectors are compatible with a variety of motor starters (sold separately), to facilitate your specific voltage needs.

If you wish to recycle the air, an optional filter assembly (sold separately) should be used to collect fine particles not separated by the collector. It has an attached drum to eliminate extra handling of waste material.
