ER70S-6—ER70S-6 wire is good for welding dirty, oily, and rusty steel. You can also use it to join misaligned pieces together. It creates X-ray quality welds without air pockets for a smoother and more uniform welding bead than standard welding wire. Its high silicon content allows it to flow easily when melted, so it spreads out to fill in the space between two pieces of your weld before hardening.

High-Strength MIG Welding Wire for Steel

ER80S-B2—ER80S-B2 wire creates 15% stronger welds than standard welding wire. It’s often used in material handling machines, pipelines, and in the chemical and petrochemical industries.

ER80S-D2—ER80S-D2 wire creates 15% stronger welds than standard welding wire. It can make X-ray quality welds, so it’s often used in applications such as pressure tanks, gas pipes, and heat exchangers.

ER110S-1—ER110S-1 wire creates 30% stronger welds than standard welding wire. It creates welds that hold even in cryogenic temperatures.
