    Acetal Body—Acetal mufflers won't absorb water or lose strength, even in high-humidity environments.
    Brass Body, Bronze Body, and Copper Body—Brass, bronze, and copper mufflers offer good corrosion resistance.
    Nylon Body—Nylon mufflers resist corrosion and will not deteriorate when exposed to oil.
    316 Stainless Steel Body—316 stainless steel mufflers offer excellent corrosion resistance.
    Polyethylene Body—Polypropylene and polyethylene mufflers offer good corrosion and abrasion resistance. Polyethylene also works well in oily conditions.

    Styles P-R—Styles P, Q, and R have a tube stem that slides into tube fittings and collets to decrease noise from manifolds.
    Style S—Style S have a barbed fitting that slides into soft tubing, such as PVC, latex rubber, and silicone.
    Style T—Style T have a push-to-connect fitting that connects to firm tubing, such as nylon, polyurethane, and FEP.
    Brass Body and Bronze Body—Brass, bronze, and copper mufflers offer good corrosion resistance.
    Polybutylene Body—Polybutylene mufflers offer flame resistance. They’re good for use in welding applications and other areas where sparks may occur.
