Abrasion-Resistant Turn-Lock Extension Cords

Power devices in rough areas with heavy vibration. These extension cords have quarter-turn locking connectors that won't shake loose. Built to NEC Article 400 standards for extra-hard service, these cords resist wear that could expose conductors and compromise safety. Their thick jacket protects against scrapes on rough surfaces.

Hardwire Washdown Automatic-Wind Extension Cord Reels

Connect the wires in your power cord to these reels for a permanent and protected connection—the screw terminals are in a gasketed dust- and water-resistant NEMA 4 enclosure. The included unfinished extension cord resists water and oil. These reels have a direct-drive, lifetime-lubricated spring that provides reliable operation and long life for extension cord retraction. A ratchet holds the cord at any length; a quick pull retracts the cord. Or, flip a switch to disengage the ratchet and use the automatic take-up feature to maintain constant tension on the cord. A roller guide provides smooth winding.

Cord Stops—Cord stops (sold separately) allow you to control how much cord retracts into the reel.

M35 Socket × Wire Leads

Built to deliver power where it's needed. Connected to a power source, these cords often run to an adapter (sold separately) that links up with M22 cords to power motors, robot arms, conveyors, and other high-current machines under high vibration.

These cords are UL 2237 rated, so they're safe for distributing power to motors and branch circuits. They're also made to TC-ER standards to resist impact and crushing force, so they're ideal for exposed runs. Additionally, they're STOOW rated, so they resist oil, water, and abrasion, but may break down under extreme temperatures and chemicals.

Locking Clips—An extra safeguard to stop your cord from coming loose when powering devices with high current.

A sealed polystyrene housing protects connectors from weather. All come assembled with wire leads already installed so they can be quickly added to existing wiring systems. Each set includes one male plug and one female socket. A locking tab keeps them securely in place when mated.

Mini Connectors

Often used to send power and signal to automated systems, motors, and pumps, these mini connectors carry higher currents than M5, M8, and M12 connectors. A threaded housing securely mates with other mini connectors and won’t come loose from shaking or vibration. They have a standard pole layout and housing thread size to reduce the chance you’ll mis-mate connectors.

When mated, these connectors meet IP or NEMA ratings.
