    Vertical Fall-Arrest Anchor Spans

    Also known as vertical lifelines, these anchor spans protect you from falls when climbing vertical structures such as ladders and scaffolding. Durable enough for outdoor use, the polyester plastic rope withstands abrasion, rot, and mildew. It can also handle temperatures up to 300° F.
    To use these anchor spans, you’ll need a harness and a lanyard with a rope grab (sold separately). Attach the snap hook at one end of the rope to an overhead anchor point. If you fall, the rope grab stops you within inches. These anchor spans help you meet OSHA and ANSI safety standards.

    Wire Rope—Wire rope anchor spans are made of galvanized steel, so they resist corrosion and abrasion better than other anchor spans. This makes them tough enough to use outdoors for lines that stay up for multiple jobs.
