    Fieldbus Cable

    Shielded

    Connect devices such as sensors, programmable logic controllers, and actuators to a fieldbus network.
    Flexible—Flexible cable bends easily, but is not meant to be in constant motion.
    Shielded—Shielded cable has a layer of foil that blocks signal interference from nearby equipment and devices.
    PVC Outer Jacket—Choose cable with PVC outer jacket for general purpose indoor applications. Its protective layer resists abrasion, though it contains halogen. It’s also less flexible than cable with a TPE jacket.
    Uninsulated Ground Wire—Uninsulated ground wires are not counted in the number of wires.
    UL 2556 FT4—FT4 cable is mounted to a vertical tray during testing.
    Flammability Rating—Flame rated cable meets requirements for preventing the spread of flames based on a timed test.
