HEPA Box Air Filters

Provide exceptional filtration in hospitals, clean rooms, and other places where you need to control airborne contaminants. The rigid frame withstands withstands fluctuations in airflow, such as those created by variable air volume systems. There's a sealing gasket on the downstream side of the filter to prevent leaks.

For a more affordable alternative to HEPA filters, consider ultra-efficiency filters. They are made for areas where absolute filtration isn't required.

Ultra-Efficiency Pleated Panel Air Filters

Capture more viruses and finer allergens than high-efficiency filters—these ultra-efficiency filters can even remove contaminants from wildfire smoke and pollution. They have pleats that create a large surface area for filtering without reducing airflow. The cardboard frame is treated to resist humidity, and the galvanized steel grill prevents sagging.

While these ultra-efficiency filters may make your HVAC system work harder than lower efficiency filters, they’re still easier on your equipment than HEPA filters.

ULPA Box Air Filters

Purify the air in your most sensitive environments. Since ULPA filters remove 99.999% of particles, they're used in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and aerospace facilities. Constructed with fibers more densely woven than HEPA filters, they catch 10 times more particles. However, they need to be changed more often because they collect contaminants more quickly.

Easy-Install Electrostatic Reusable Panel Air Filters

Magnetic strips on the back of the frame make these filters easy to install and remove. Because you don’t need to disassemble equipment to remove them, they are often used as prefilters on steel air intake louvers, metal cabinets, and metal grid systems. Made of polypropylene, an inherent electrostatic charge attracts dust and particles to these filters. They can be washed and reused.
