Remote-Reading Wall-Mount Temperature and Humidity Meters

Image of Product. Front orientation. Temperature and Humidity Meters. Remote-Reading Wall-Mount Temperature and Humidity Meters.
Meters measure indoor relative humidity and indoor and outdoor temperatures from a single display. A wired probe extends through a wall or window to read outdoor temperature without opening the building envelope. The dial and scale let you monitor all three readings at a glance from across a room. Use these meters to track conditions in greenhouses, warehouses, server rooms, and other spaces where maintaining proper humidity and temperature helps prevent mold growth, equipment damage, or product spoilage.

    Hazardous Location Infrared Thermometers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Thermometers. Hazardous Location Infrared Thermometers.
These thermometers are rated for environments where hazardous material is present. They measure the temperature of surfaces without making contact and are often used to locate and diagnose problems in electrical, heating, and ventilation systems. Since they have adjustable emissivity, you can calibrate them for accurate readings of shiny surfaces. Maximum working distance is the distance a one-inch target can be reliably measured.
Warning: These infrared thermometers are not intended for medical use. Use Noncontact Forehead Thermometers for medical use.
Maximum Distance—Maximum working distance is the distance a one inch target can be reliably measured.
Hazardous Location Rating—Hazardous location environmental ratings indicate whether manufacturers have included safety features in products to facilitate their safe use in a hazardous environment. Before selecting a product for a hazardous location, ensure it is rated for your environment.

    Style C

To confirm the accuracy of noncontact temperature readings of dangerous and inaccessible surfaces, these thermometers come with a calibration certificate traceable to NIST that states they’ve passed a test for accuracy.
Warning: These infrared thermometers are not intended for medical use. Use Noncontact Forehead Thermometers for medical use.
Adjustable Emissivity—Thermometers with adjustable emissivity can be calibrated for more accurate readings of shiny surfaces than thermometers with fixed emissivity.

    Enclosure Thermostats for Multiple Devices

Keep electronics in your enclosure from getting too hot or cold with these thermostats that control two devices at once. Clip them to a DIN rail to install.
For Heating and Cooling Thermostats with One Actuation Point
Image of Product. Adjustable Thermostat with One Actuation Point. Front orientation. Enclosure Thermostats. Enclosure Thermostats for Multiple Devices, 1 Actuation Point, Adjustable Actuation Point.

    Adjustable Thermostat

    with One Actuation Point

Heating and cooling thermostats control heaters and fans or air conditioners.
Thermostats with one actuation point, also known as changeover thermostats, switch between heating and cooling so one device is always running. When the temperature in your enclosure gets hotter than the temperature you set, the thermostat will turn on your fan or air conditioner. It goes back to heating once the temperature is reduced by the temperature difference. So for a thermostat with a temperature difference of 9° F, setting it at 60° F means it will heat the enclosure until it reaches 60° F, switch to cooling until it reaches 51° F, and then switch back to heating.
Adjustable Actuation Point—Adjustable thermostats allow you to set custom temperatures.
IP20 Enclosure Rating—All thermostats meet IP20, which means they’re designed so fingers can’t fit inside and get shocked.
UL 94 V-0—They also meet UL 94 V-0, so they self-extinguish within 10 seconds if they catch fire and won’t spread the fire by dripping.
Certification—Thermostats that are CE marked or VDE certified meet European safety standards. UL Recognized Component and C-UL Recognized Component thermostats also meet American and Canadian safety standards.

    Adjustable Thermostat

    with Two Actuation Points

Cooling thermostats regulate two cooling devices, such as a fan and an air conditioner, for two-stage cooling. Use only one device for cooling in mild temperatures or both for extreme heat. These thermostats switch your equipment on when the enclosure is hotter than the temperature setting. Once the temperature is reduced by the temperature difference, it will switch off. For example, a thermostat set at 77° F for a fan and 140° F for an air conditioner will power both devices when the enclosure is over 140° F. With a temperature difference of 18° F, the air conditioner will switch off when the temperature goes below 122° F. The fan will run until the temperature reaches 59° F, and switch back on if it heats up to 77° F or hotter.
Heating and cooling thermostats control heaters and fans or air conditioners.
Heating and cooling thermostats with two actuation points control two devices independently. When your enclosure temperature is within the set range, neither device is powered, so they’re more efficient than changeover thermostats. For each device, temperature setting is the high end of the temperature range, and temperature difference is the size of the range. For a thermostat with temperature settings of 59° and 95° F and an 18° F temperature difference, the heater will switch on when your enclosure is colder than 41° F and turn off when it reaches 59° F. The fan or other cooling device will switch on when the temperature goes above 95° F and turn off once the enclosure cools to 77° F.
Adjustable Actuation Point—Adjustable thermostats allow you to set custom temperatures.
IP20 Enclosure Rating—All thermostats meet IP20, which means they’re designed so fingers can’t fit inside and get shocked.

    Temperature-Indicating Barcode Labels

Image of Product. Front orientation. Labels. Temperature-Indicating Barcode Labels .
Confirm your product wasn’t too hot or cold throughout shipping and storage. With just a scan from your barcode reader or smartphone, these labels inform you whether your packaging surpassed the temperature point. Once they're past the point for at least two hours, the barcode lines fill in to give you a unique code. The code changes again at four hours, so you know how long your product has been exposed. A compatible app shows you the results. You can also integrate them into your existing scanning system to log a record. Scan once upon your product's arrival or implement multiple scans along your supply chain to catch storage errors as they occur.
For accurate monitoring, keep them somewhere at least 6° F below their temperature point for two hours before use. They won’t begin monitoring temperature until you pull their tab.
Choose a temperature point that suits your application.
32° F Temperature Points—32° F labels are ideal for frozen products.
    43° F Temperature Points—Use 43° F labels for refrigerated products.
46° F Temperature Points—46° F labels are often used to monitor lab samples.
77° F Temperature Points—77° F labels are typically used for products best kept at room temperatures, such as adhesives.
