Sanitary Screw-Plug Immersion Heating Elements for Water


Without Temperature Control	Adjustable Thermostat

Heat water through direct contact in sanitary areas such as food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical plants. Made of 316 stainless steel, these immersion heating elements won’t corrode from harsh cleaners and sanitizers. To minimize bacteria growth and make them easier to clean, the heating element has an electropolished finish that’s free of crevices. Rated NEMA 4, their housing is protected against dirt and washdowns.

These heating elements have screw plugs for mounting to threaded container openings or pipe couplings.

Note: Fully immerse the heating element in liquid to prevent heating element failure.

Without Temperature Control—Heating elements without an adjustable thermostat require a temperature switch or controller (not included) to control heat output.

Adjustable Thermostat—Heating elements with an adjustable thermostat automatically turn on when the water drops below a set temperature and turn off once it reaches that temperature.
