Forklift Booms

Slide these booms onto forklift forks to handle long, cumbersome loads. They secure to the forklift carriage with the included safety chains. These booms are labeled with capacity for each hook position. First hook position is measured from the fork pocket end.
Booms that are made in the U.S. have a label that confirms they are manufactured in the United States.
Horizontally telescoping booms extend and retract lengthwise to handle extra-long loads and reach into hard-to-access areas. Those that also adjust vertically move in and out and up and down for the most flexible load placement. To access tall loads, raise the hook position and lock the boom into place with the pin.
Styles C and G are designed for tall loads where more bottom clearance is needed. The fixed section has three hook positions spaced 6” apart.
Note: Capacities are approximate and depend on the type and load capabilities of the forklift used. Check with the manufacturer of your forklift for load capabilities before using.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

A bolt fastened with a nut and cotter pin makes these shackles more secure than screw-pin shackles. Also known as anchor and bow shackles, the wide body provides room to attach multiple connectors.
Galvanized steel shackles have a thick coating for corrosion resistance.
Note: Capacities listed are for vertical lifting only. As the lift angle changes from vertical, the amount of weight the shackle can lift is significantly reduced.

Rotating for easy positioning before a load is applied, these have a latch to ensure that rope, chain, and fittings won't separate from the hook when the load slackens. The hook opening accommodates large anchor points and allows chain to move freely through the closed hook.
Note: Capacities are for vertical lifting only.

Compact Forklift Booms

Designed for moving loads in cramped warehouses, these booms collapse to a smaller size than standard booms. You can also extend them to carry long loads or place items in hard-to-reach spots. Slide your forks into the pockets and secure to your carriage with the included chain.
These booms are labeled with capacity for each hook position. First hook position is measured from the fork pocket end.
Note: Capacities are approximate and depend on the type and load capabilities of the forklift used. Check with the manufacturer of your forklift for load capabilities before using.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Battery-Powered Forklift Booms

No more manually tugging and shoving your boom into position—just push a button and the battery-powered hydraulic pump precisely extends and retracts these booms for you. For loads up to 2,000 lbs., you can even move these booms with your load suspended from them. For heavier loads, you’ll need to position them first and then attach your load, but it’s still faster and more precise than manual booms. Operate these booms from a safe distance using the pendant switch.
Note: Capacities are approximate and depend on the type and load capabilities of the forklift used. A forklift with an 8,000 lb. rating is required. Check with the manufacturer of your forklift for load capabilities before using.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Fork-Mount Roll-Lifting Poles

Safely transport rolled and coiled items with a forklift. Also known as carpet rams, these poles have pockets that slide over forks and a hook and chain that secures to your forklift’s carriage. The tip is yellow for visibility. For easy storage, remove the pole from the base when not in use.
Make sure the items you move don’t exceed your forklift's capacity.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Fork-Mount Pallet Dumpers

Shift loads off pallets and into containers from the safety of your forklift. A long cable extends from the top of these dumpers to your seat—pull it to release a latch and tip the front of the dumper. A hook at the end of each arm keeps the pallet from sliding off. Once you’ve dumped the load, lower your forks to the ground to straighten the pallet and latch the dumper back together.
Note: Capacities are approximate and depend on the type and load capabilities of the forklift used. Check with the manufacturer of your forklift for load capabilities before using.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.
