High-Temperature Furnaces

Achieve temperatures as high as 1200° C for heat-treating metal.
76 and 128-cu. in. capacity furnaces have an LED that shows actual or set-point temperature in ° C; an indicator light flashes when set temperature is reached. The safety switch shuts off the furnace when the door is opened.

Programmable High-Temperature Furnaces

Program time, temperature, and rate of temperature change. These furnaces reach temperatures as high as 2192° F for heat-treating metal. These furnaces have six programmable parameters: 1) delay start, 2) rate of temperature change, 3) target temperature, 4) temperature timer, 5) memory retrieval, and 6) °C/°F digital display. Link two three-stage programs to create a six-stage operation. A maximum of 10 programs can be stored with up to a seven-day delay. An LCD shows internal temperature, countdown time, and program number.

Extreme-Temperature Cement

- Max. Temperature: 2500° F
- Density: 122 lbs./cu. ft.
- Color: Beige
Set and repair cast iron and steel furnaces, heaters, stoves, and boilers with this ready-to-use cement. It experiences minimal shrinkage for a permanent smokeproof and gasproof joint. Apply with a trowel or a spatula. A minimum temperature of 212° F is required to harden. Cut hardened cement with a carbide-tipped saw.
Tabletop Forges

Heat metal quickly and evenly so it can be shaped. Connect these forges to a propane tank with the included fittings and hose, and ignite with the push of a button. No blower required. These forges reach temperatures of 2350° F within minutes, and an insulated front door retains the heat. Side ports allow you to heat long pieces, such as bar stock, from either end. Forge can be configured for use with natural gas. Operate only in well-ventilated spaces.
Floor stand is sold separately.
