Eyelet End Fittings for Gas Springs
Thread these eyelet end fittings onto gas springs. They require an eyelet mounting bracket (sold separately) or a pin (not included) to mount the gas spring.
Select end fittings with a thread size that matches the rod and end thread sizes of your gas spring. The fittings will increase your gas spring's extended and compressed lengths, so add the Length 1 value for each fitting you attach.

Corrosion-Resistant Reducible-Force Gas Springs with Eyelet Fittings
Made from stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance in damp environments. These gas springs have a bleed valve so you can release gas to permanently reduce the force to meet your requirements. They come charged to their maximum force. Use the included tool to open the valve and bleed off the gas—there's no disassembly required. Release gas in very small increments and then test your application. Once gas is released, the force is permanently reduced. Gas springs have an eyelet end fitting on each end; requires an eyelet mounting bracket (sold separately) for mounting.
Rod protectors (sold separately) prevent impact damage.
Regulator kits (sold separately) indicate how much gas you’re releasing. Kits contain fittings to connect to your gas spring, a pressure gauge, a manifold, and instructions.

Corrosion-Resistant Rod End Nuts
Made of stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance, these nuts make pivoting and hinge movements where misalignment is not a concern. Attach them to rods, pipes, and tubes to control air- and hydraulic-powered arms as well as other components in power transmission systems. They have a rubber bushing to reduce noise and vibration.

Rod End Nuts
Attach these nuts to rods, pipes, and tubes to make pivoting and hinge movements where misalignment is not a concern. They’re often used to control air- and hydraulic-powered arms as well as other components in power transmission systems. Made of zinc-plated steel, these nuts resist being dislodged. They’re heavy, however, and may corrode over time as the plating wears down.

Reducible-Force Gas Springs
Ensure you have the correct force for your application. Gas springs have a ball socket end fitting and ball stud on each end for mounting. Ball socket end fittings rotate in any direction on the ball stud to compensate for misalignment.
