    High-Precision Tweezers

Swiss-made to tight tolerances, these tweezers have perfect tip alignment, so they can be used to work under magnification.
    Standard Pointed Tips
Image of Product. Front orientation. Tweezers. High-Precision Tweezers, Standard Pointed Tips.
Tweezers with pointed tips firmly grip an object but may nick or mar its surface.
400 Series Stainless Steel—400 series stainless steel tweezers have good corrosion resistance and harder, more durable tips than 300 series stainless steel, but aren’t quite as strong as steel. They are mildly magnetic.
300 Series Stainless Steel—300 series stainless steel tweezers have excellent corrosion resistance, but the tips are less durable than 400 series stainless steel. Commonly known as anti-magnetic tweezers, they are typically nonmagnetic but may become slightly magnetic with use.
Steel—Steel tweezers have excellent tip strength, durability, and hardness, but they can corrode over time and are magnetic.
Nickel—Nickel tweezers are strong and reliable in difficult conditions. They are nonmagnetic and resist heat, fatigue, and corrosion. Compared to 300 series stainless steel tweezers, they're six times harder.
Dull—Tweezers with a dull appearance won’t cause reflections and glare under a microscope.

Lock the tips closed to use these tweezers like a clamp.
Bent Tip—Tweezers with bent tips reach over and around obstructions.
Cylindrical Tip and Paddle Tip—Tweezers with cylindrical and paddle tips are good for soldering. The cylindrical tip has a groove to hold a shank securely and the paddle tip is serrated to prevent movement.
Pointed Tip—Tweezers with pointed tips firmly grip an object but may nick or mar its surface.
Round Tip—Tweezers with round tips won’t mar or nick components. However, they don’t hold objects as well as pointed tips.
Plastic-Coated Tip—The plastic-coated tips on round tweezers further protect components.

Round Tip—Tweezers with round tips won’t mar or nick components. However, they don’t hold objects as well as pointed tips.
Toothed Tip—Tweezers with toothed tips have a good grip in tight spaces because the tips interlock tightly.
Copper—Copper tweezers prevent sparking and won’t scratch steel workpieces. They resist corrosion and are nonmagnetic.

    Curved Pointed Tips

Extend the life of these tweezers by replacing the tips when they become worn. Commonly known as anti-magnetic tweezers, they are typically nonmagnetic but may become slightly magnetic with use.
PEEK Tip—PEEK tips won’t degrade from contact with chemicals, including solvents and many inorganic liquids. They also hold up in high temperature applications. These tips are often used for handling components during cleaning or chemical treating. They are conductive, meaning static can flow through them to divert an electrostatic discharge (ESD). However, their low surface resistivity means that they can increase a static charge while diverting it.
Plastic-Blend Tip—Plastic blend tips are static dissipative, making them the best choice for use on sensitive electronic devices. They equalize the charge between your hand and the device in a slower, more controlled way than conductive tips, which helps prevent a sudden electrostatic discharge (ESD).
Curved Tip—Tweezers with curved tips reach over and around obstructions.
Pointed Tip—Tweezers with pointed tips firmly grip an object but may nick or mar its surface.
Round Tip—Tweezers with round tips won’t mar or nick components. However, they don’t hold objects as well as pointed tips.
