    The pin on these retainers is permanently connected to the ring, so they're less likely to dislodge when used with an impact wrench compared to two-piece retaining rings. Use them to secure impact sockets and adapters to a tool that has a hole- or a ring-and-hole style retainer.
    For 3/4" Square Drives, For 1" Square Drives, and For 1 1/2" Square Drives—Rings for 3/4" square drive and larger have a crush gauge on the pin that deforms when sockets become worn and need to be replaced.
