These fuses open circuits quickly when surges are detected. Use them to protect equipment—they are not designed for power distribution circuits. Designed for use with Fuse Blocks for Midget Fuses.
Breakthrough Current @ Voltage—Breakthrough current at voltage, labeled on the fuse as IR, is the maximum current that a fuse can safely stop in the event of a short circuit.
