Position the display up to 14 feet from the platform for reading at a safe distance. The platform has a ramp on both sides for loading material. Scales have a 9-pin RS-232 serial port to connect to your PC with a data cord (sold separately). The tare function lets you reset the scale to zero after placing a container on the platform. Scales operate on an AC adapter or batteries (not included).

These scales are NTEP approved as legal for trade and have an IP69K rated load cell for use in washdown environments. Mount the remote display at a distance on a workstation, column, or wall—the connecting cable is 22 feet long. The backlit display features 1"-tall digits for easy reading.

Ramps—Install ramps to slide or wheel heavy loads onto scales. If you install two ramps, they must be on opposite ends.

Commonly used to prevent overloading a trailer tongue, these scales estimate the weight of large loads that don’t fit on a standard floor scale. They convert pressure readings (in psi) to weight in pounds.
