Light Duty Adjustable-Length Dollies

Also known as appliance dollies, these dollies are used in pairs to support loads of varying sizes. Each half of the dollies has a support with eight rollers at both corners. Loosen the wingnut and slide the ends to adjust. A nonmarring rubber surface on the top of the supports grips loads. Their polypropylene wheels are lightweight and work on smooth surfaces.

Solid-Platform Steel Dollies

They are made of steel to handle tough environments. All have four swivel casters for easy maneuvering.
Style C dollies have a low-profile front edge for easy loading but is lipped on three sides to keep items from sliding off. Wheels are abrasion-resistant polyurethane wheels that are shock-absorbing and nonmarking. Use them on all floor types, including areas with debris.
Style D dollies have a recessed center to hold the wheels of vehicles, trailers, and machinery. Their plastic wheels work well on smooth surfaces.

Low-Profile Steel Dollies

Because these dollies are lower to the ground than most steel dollies you won't have far to lift a load. They are flush on the ends for easy loading but lipped on the sides to keep items from slipping off. Their platforms are welded for added durability. Four-axle mounted wheels make these dollies good for straight-line moves. Their solid steel wheels are rugged but noisy. They work well on smooth surfaces.

Dollies for Equipment with Legs

Put these dollies under each leg of a load for stable transport. The recessed center keeps legs from sliding off.
Style A dollies are for use with large diameter legs.
Style B dollies have a smaller recessed center than Style A.
Style C dollies move loads with and without legs. The longest edge has a lip to prevent items from sliding off. They are plastic coated for a nonskid, nonmarring contact surface.
Rubber wheels absorb shock. Iron wheels combine strength and durability to handle higher capacities than rubber wheels. Phenolic wheels are lightweight and nonmarking.

High-Capacity Air-Glide Dollies

Also known as bearing movers, air casters, and air bearings, these dollies float loads on a cushion of air. They work well on large, unevenly distributed loads. As air escapes out of the air diaphragm located under the top platform, the load is lifted for easy, frictionless movement in any direction over smooth surfaces. The low lift height reduces the risk of injury to personnel and damage to other equipment.

Moving Slides

Pull these slides to move furniture and equipment across carpet and smooth floors. Slides have a smooth bottom surface and a pad on the top that holds the load in place.
The 11 1/2" long slide is for items with legs. Place one slide under each leg. The 48" long slide works best with items without legs such as file cabinets and boxes. It has holes for a pull strap (sold separately).
Note: Do not use slides on concrete.
Hydraulic Forklift Hand Trucks

Use these hand trucks in pairs to lift large, bulky, and long loads. A hand-operated hydraulic lift raises and lowers the load. Each hand truck has adjustable-width forks that go under the load. Steel cleats on the forks grip the load and straps with a ratchet buckle attach to each side of the hand truck to stabilize and secure the load.
Wheels roll best on smooth floors. Steel wheels are more durable than phenolic wheels.
